- Thomas B0 contributionsLet down by My Cusco trip & Trip AdvisorMy Cusco Trip were uncontactable for 2+ weeks after repeated emails, WhatsApp calls and texts to two different numbers, messaged their google business page and through trip advisors messaging system. I raised this with Trip Advisor 10 days out from the trip and they said they would try contact them and would let me know when they heard back. Then proceeded to get no contact or follow up and I had to contact them 24 hours before flagging again the issue. I was told to just wait at the designated pick up time and that My Cusco Trip would be there. They did not show unsurprisingly.Written October 24, 2023

Jefferson created a personalized itinerary for me that included tours in Cusco as well as four days in Puerto Maldonado/Tambopata Reserve. Communication was fantastic. Each evening, Jefferson reached out to review the plan for the following day and would check in during the day as well. Everything was so easy since transportation and most breakfast/lunches were included. I would highly recommend using My Cusco Trip!Written September 25, 2023
