They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had; they kept us well-fed and safe, and they motivated us to continue to push ourselves to the next level. I took along with my family the five days trekking to Choquiquerao with Huaynas Expeditions. This was an amazing experience that I'm glad I could share with my loved ones. I highly recommend the experience: it was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be exposed to incredible views of the surrounding mountain ranges, hard but rewarding walk led by a great Huaynas Expeditions team. Choquiquerao ruins are not comparable to Machu Picchu but still the journey is unforgettable. One rediscovers the pleasure of discovery trips. Huaynas Expeditions did a phenomenal job ensuring every detail was taken care of, and we can't wait to go back again!

Pick up was on time. Clean van, professional guide, Miguel. Driver also was driving safe and nice. Lunch included in tour was way above my expectation, very good. Also can you use this tour to see Sacred Valley and you can be dropped in Ollantaytambo. I recommend!

Our group really enjoyed the tour by Huaynas Expeditions! The hiking was a bit tough, but some of us chose to take a horse (80 sol) and they say that the money was worth it. The view all the way up at the lake is totally worth everything! It was so beautiful. The tour guide was enthusiastic and skillful, taking care of us all, and though the drive way was tough the driver also drived skillfully and carefully. I would really recommend it to others too!

Everything from start to finish was great! Our guide, Freddy and driver Lucio were awesome. They made sure everything went as scheduled and we had 0 issues! Freddy was super chill and hilarious! The breakfast and lunch is good and was a great start and finish to the day. We ended up getting horses (80 soles) because the hike is no joke! It’s about 20% flat, 80% incline. Overall, it was worth it once you get to the lake! I’d recommend booking here if you are interested in going!

The place is truly sublime. Palccoyo the other rainbow mountain has nothing to envy to Vinicunca! The mountain itself is perhaps a little less spectacular, but the surrounding site is one o the most beautiful creations of nature that I have ever seen in my life. The road is a little winding and turbulent but it is well worth it. The hike itself to reach the summit is splendid, in the colorful mountains, and not too difficult. Would recommend it to my friends!

This trip was an excellent experience, from planning and booking it - Juve was so accommodating in our change of plans, to the trip itself. We do not speak Spanish and we had bilingual guides that were always there for us and I noticed that they were in contact with each other at all times. Top-notch service with Huaynas Expeditions! We did the three-day trek on the Huchuy Qosqo Trail. Our great Guides - Juan & Freddy took great care of us. The porters were very friendly and worked incredibly hard. And the Chef provided incredible food! Really - what they could prepare on the trail was amazing. Coffee or tea in your tent to start your day, clean and comfortable tents and equipment, great history lessons at each site, and a smooth running and well-organized team made for a fantastic 3 days on the trail!

We did the 2-day Inca trail with Huaynas Expeditions. This was the best trip on the entire Peru trip. A group of 6 walked a hiking trail that first went up a tall mountain and then through slightly uphill clifftops to cover a total of 3 mountains. Then, the trail went downhill to the base of Machu Picchu. This trail itself is not an easy one. But, if you are younger and fitter, you can do the more intensive 4-day one. Our guides Juan and Freddy were fantastic! They were always with us throughout the trip making sure we were fine. Definitely was worth it! But please be aware that this trail is not an easy trip, especially if you are not in the best of health, but Huaynas Expeditions guide will help you along the way!

My friends and I had an amzing horse ride with Huaynas Expeditions last year. The horses were beautiful and really well trained, the scenery was epic and so diverse across the trip, and the visits/stops (Salineras salt flats, lunch, and Moray) were fascinating. Highly recommend it instead of the bus tour!
