Wally was an awesome guide!!! Man, that was a hike 16.522 ft! Horses are available for your use if you need assistance to get closer to the summit. Altitude sickness is REAL

Our trip to rainbow mountain was beyond amazing. It was a tough hike but once we got up there it was well worth it. Breakfast and lunch was included and it was delicious (buffet style). Judith was our tour guide and she was awesome. She is super friendly, kind, full of positive energy, motivating and informative. Thank you for an exceptional tour.

Alex is an excellent guide. He took good care of us during this very challenging (for us) hike. The scenery at the top made it worth it.

Definitely recommend going - and we were lucky to have Wally as a guide. Do not underestimate the lack of oxygen at this altitude because this hike was harder than most of the other ones I’ve done in Asia and Africa. We went on a sunny day after a day of rain so the mountains were extra saturated in color! 10/10

Great tour, they messaged the night before to confirm pick up between 4.30 and 4.50 and on the day they messaged to say when they would be here. Very well organised tour, but the tour guide Wally was great providing support and sniffing alcohol to open up the lungs. Plenty of time to explore and take photos. Would reccomend.

Amazing view and experience. Go well rested since this is very challenging. There is the option to walk or ride a horse, I opted for the horse ride as I was already exhausted because of the altitude. Bring your coca leaves and chew them before starting going up to avoid fainting. They have oxygen tanks just in case. At the top they sell food, you can get your passport stamped for 2 soles each stamp and buy coca mate. Go as early as you can because it gets very crowded up there even thought is super cold and it's about 5,200 meters above sea level. Dont miss the gorgeous view of the Red Valley which is near by and it's extra, entrance is not more than 30 soles. It's beauty worth visiting. Also, bundle up because it's extremely cold up there.

I would recommend this trip to anyone looking for a beautiful view and a good hike (or horse ride). The hike is steep and the altitude definitely makes a difference but it is doable and they give you plenty of time to get to the top. We had Alex as our guide and he was amazing- funny, knowledgeable and easy going whilst still being very organised, thank you for the best day out Alex! The food included is also very good!

Nielton was our guide: One person wanted to put his belt and the guide told him that it was not important.... Also this guide almost forced us to give him 5 stars in the van, taking people's cell phones and looking at the cell phones if we had put 5 stars with his name. Also, he was not very friendly with the people who asked questions. However, rainbow montain is a great experience if you had the chance to do it, then do it

The hike to Vinicunca, or Rainbow Mountain, was a challenging yet rewarding experience. The vibrant colors and stunning scenery made the effort worthwhile. Nilton was our guide, he was fabulous!! We were picked up on time from, they made sure the group stayed together. The Breakfast and lunch was perfect! He even recommended some amazing pic opportunities along the way!!
