We had, by far, the worse experience of our life with this company. His owner Mr Walter Oblea had no qualms about lying on our faces, and even by writing. We booked a tour to Machu Pichu and the colored mountains, our agreement was that we will have a small group in a modern and comfortable van (he even gave us the supposed brand and model) only to be tossed about with more than 30 people in outdated buses. The worse was our trip to Machu-Pichu: he did not get our tickets, we had to be in line for 5 hours since 4:30 am and the way back to Cuzco was in a van so smelly and uncomfortable that I am still sick: my back could not cope. Not a single thing he offered was quite as he said, the essence of all cons. We felt abused and not respected in every interaction. This company made what could have been the most beautiful trip (the scenery is unparalleled) into a horror story that we wont easily forget. If I could give a -5 stars I would.
