Great experience, good prices, our tour operator Franklin was always there when we needed him, made us feel like we are at home! He was attentive before, during and after our tours. We booked several tours, all were well organized with pick up and drop off after a tour, tours were exactly as we agreed on and we enjoyed it a lot!

RECOMMENDED Franklin organized in advance for me and my dad a complete program for our stay in Cusco, everything was perfect. We had 5 days, he gave us a first suggestion of schedule and adapted it to our requests. Once we arrived in Cusco, we had nothing to worry anymore Franklin was managing everything for us. I have spent 6 nights in Cusco with my wife. Franklin have offered us a great service and support. He has taken care of our needs and helped us arranging a great tour during those days. He was able to arrange a tour in the archeological area of the city, in Machu Picchu and in the Rainbow Mountain. He could also arrange for as a lot of many other different tours but we wanted to spent some free time in Cusco that is a really lovely city. If I should come back to Cusco I would contact Franklin and his company again for sure. He also provided us a great apartment with all the comfort you could ask just 5 mins away from the main plaza of the city, and helped us finding the airplane thicket to Lima. If you go to Cusco, ask for Franklin and his company: you will enjoy this choice.

We are very happy with the way Franklin (the owner of KPC) helped us. He is kind and not at all pushy like the other people on the street. He offers great tours for a good price, and if anything did not go as discussed, he will be fair in giving back the money. He also helped us a lot with some problems we had with another company (American tours in Arequipa - don’t book anything with them). His company is hard to find in the back of a shop, but Franklin is a verg thrustworthy guy! Would definitely recommend KPC tours!!

Although we had already booked our trip to Machu Picchu along with our train tickets for the excellent Peru Railway to Machu Picchu, I would have had no hesitation booking them on arrival at Cusco with Kpc. The service and 'confidence' we gained from our operator Franklin was excellent. The additional extras and honesty you can trust sets this operator apart. Franklin, without extra charge, collected us from our hotel and took us to the meeting point with the bus for the scared valley tour as well as delivered our additional luggage in our absence to our new hotel in Cusco - which we would be returning to in a couple of days after our trip to Machu Picchu after the sacred valley tour. After returning from Machu Picchu by train a personal taxi had been arranged for us to bring us back to our Hotel in Cusco (a two hour drive from the train station) and sure enough our bags were waiting for us just as Franklin said they would be. He even sent us a courtesy ‘WhatsApp’ message and photograph of the hotel facia, of our bags with the hotel owner and a google map reference as to where to find the hotel. Franklin also personally picked us up at our hotel the following morning and for 20 sol's took four of us and our luggage to the airport. I cannot recommends Kpc enough and in particular Franklin, he is a great guy, professional, honest and friendly, who speaks great English and is well connected across the main Peruvian attractions in the Cusco and Machu Picchu region. My partner and I dealt with Frank at KPC for a 4 day jungle trek as well as a day trip to the sacred valley. Frank was amazing to deal with! He was very honest and reliable when booking our treks and also messaged us a few times throughout our tours to ensure we were happy with the service we were receiving. The tours were great - very informative and spoke good English. Frank also helped us solve a few issues we had with another tour agency ("American Tours" - do not trust them!!!) in Arequipa. He went out of his way to ensure we were refunded a large amount of money from the other agency - a service he did out of good will. KPC and Frank restored our faith in travel agencies in Peru. We highly recommend them to family, friends and all travellers to Peru.

I am an amputee - one leg- above the knee and using prosthetic. Franklin made it possible for me to climb the Machu Picchu and other difficult area, giving me special assistance and organizing a private tour without charging me extra from the regular group tour. The guides he provided were extremely sensitive to my needs and assisted me walking through all the difficult way - without which I would certainly not been able to balance myself and would have fallen down too many times with severe injury – which I am sure of . His guides were very knowledgeable with degree in Anthropology which made our trip very special. Thanks much Franklin and Julio.

KPC gave my brother and I a very interesting tour just outside Cusco on a free afternoon we had. The ruins have been known for a while, but are just now being cleaned up by a Peruvian agency linking together many known sites along the well mapped Inca Trail. It was a great moderate hike down the watershed that supplies water to the area, culminating with the temple and ruins themselves. Franklin is VERY knowledgeable and it is evident that he loves what he does. It was a joy to spend the afternoon with him hiking in a beautiful place and getting to know him. I will stop by his office if only to bring him a coffee and say hello next time I am in town.
