Quando estava procurando as agências de Cusco para os Passeios me deparei com a WilkaTravel! Dentre as recomendações, estava a seriedade do trabalho e a certeza de uma experiência inesquecível. Bom, não foi diferente! A agência cumpre o que promete e faz de tudo para te atender da melhor e mais rápida forma possível. Os profissionais da WilkaTravel são muito responsáveis, atenciosos e sérios. Não tivemos que nos preocupar com nada, pois tudo foi muito bem explicado. Além disso, tenho que destacar o trabalhado de dois profissionais, César e Vicente. César foi nosso guia na Laguna Huamantay e só tenho elogios. Além dele nos ensinar muito sobre a cultura peruana e sobre a natureza, César nos deixava mais calmo explicando cada passo da trilha e esperando todo mundo, com toda paciência. César nos mostrou o quanto ama o que faz e isso é nítido. Agora em relação ao Vicente, nosso motorista, não posso esquecer de destacar a responsabilidade dele em nos levar até os pontos de encontro e o cuidado dele ao longo do trajeto. Dessa forma, finalizo com os pontos fortes da Agência: a pontualidade da agência é impecável, o suporte é rápido e prático, além de deixarem tudo muito claro. Obrigado, WilkaTravel, César, Vicente e todos os outros por tornar a viagem inesquecível. Vocês são demais!

Somos tres amigas que realizamos esta excursión!! La verdad una experiencia increíble, tanto por el lugar que es hermoso como por el tour!! Fredy fue nuestro guía, nos ayudó todo el trayecto, estuvo presente y predispuesto al 100%, nos pareció excelente!!

Fui para a Laguna Humantay. Nosso guia foi o Ángel foi super atencioso, cuidadoso nas explicações e sempre deu orientações quanto à segurança e fatores históricos também. O local do café da manhã e almoço é bem simples mas a comida estava boa.
O motorista da van também foi bem profissional. Com certeza recomendo.
