        A great day
Genrri was an excellent guide - very knowledgeable about Inca history and traditions, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed all our visits to many interesting sites and the Sulca textile workshop.

        6 Day Machu Picchu tour
Valerie & I personally want to thank Claudio, from Valencia Travel Cusco, for the way he treated us and our whole 32 people group and how brought us all together as a “family” and that we also have stayed a family since we left his tour, as the long lasting friendships we forged while with him was amazing. His attention to detail and his concern for our health and well being during our trip was the best we have ever received. The itinerary was explained and we shown the best parts while we were there. He is a credit to your company as a personal tour guide with a passionate outlook to the way he shows you his amazing county and how proud he is of it, and how humble he is to be able to do it. We are already planning a reunion sometime next year with everyone. Again thank you for allowing him to be our guide and being an absolutely amazing human being, The rest of his colleagues were also excellent especially William in helping us on our tour. Thanks Mark & Valerie Forever in our memories. Please pass thin onto your employer as a reference to the quality of your commitment to your your work.

Cusco and Machu Picchu - an experience of a lifetime!
Our visit to Cusco was amazing - loved every minute of it thanks to our guide, Claudio Andia. An experience that will remain in my memories forever. We were part of a group of 32 people and became a family for the rest of our travels. Claudio provided us with so much information and put a lot of thought and effort into everything that we did. We were not sure how well we would manage Machu Picchu but the journey was taken at a pace that we were all comfortable with. A trip everyone should take at some time in their life.

        Best Travel Company in Peru!!
I did a tour of Cusco, Machu Picchu with Trip a Deal who engaged Valencia Travel and cannot speak more highly of Valencia Travel and tour guides Aldo & Renee. Unfortunately my wife suffered altitudes sickness and had to go into Hospital in Cusco. Their concern and care for my wife was over my expectations. The tour it self was fantastic both Aldo and Renee are passionate about their Inca heritage and were knowledgeable of the area and gave us all a fantastic tour of the places we visited. I extend my Gratitude to Aldo for having one of his Valencia Travel representatives visit my wife in hospital whilst I Travelled to Machu Picchu. This company treats its tour members as family!!

Sensational experience with a fantastic guide
We were part of a group from Australia. Claudio the tour leader was amazing. He was assisted by Wellington and both these gentleman had huge knowledge of the Inca story as they took us through Sacred Valley and ultimately to Machu Picchu. Claudio had fantastic leadership qualities and very clear communication. He always let us know what was happening next and at what time and he was always available for questions or helping out as required. He bought a group of people who were unknown to each other at the beginning of the tour to a very tight group by the end. Thankyou Claudio.

Machu Picchu and Unbeatable South America & Antarctica
WOW - awesome - sensational stuff. We did this Machu Picchu tour as part of an overall 5-week package with Trip-a-Deal and the Peru section, including Machu Picchu, was managed by VALENCIA TRAVEL CUSCO. I would thoroughly recommend Valencia Travel in Peru. Our main guide from Valencia Travel was Claudio Andia and he also had several other colleagues with him to assist with pick ups, bus drivers and other guides because our group was quite large (32 people) Claudio got our whole group together on the very first night, and he created a "FAMILY" out of us all which was reinforced through a What's App chat group that Claudio set up for us. I think this also made the entire trip more enjoyable, so much so that we carried that FAMILY group on for the rest of out trip - another 4 weeks through South America and Antarctica. I can't thank you enough Claudio and Valencia Travel and Trip a Deal for creating such a fantastic Family Group Dynamic.

        Lima, Sacred Valley and Cusco
We had the most wonderful trip, guided by kind, caring and knowledgable Valencia staff throughout. The tour to Machu Picchu was of course the highlight, and Jose looked after us very well, as he did throughout the Sacred Valley and Cusco. He made sure the pace was right for everyone, so we could all enjoy the experience. He was funny and kind, and became a key part of our trip, and will be remenbered by us all with with great fondness . He was ably assisted by our driver, Richard, who was always prompt and polite. In Lima I must mention our excellent guide Franz, and the most marvellous Erica who was calm and professional in a crisis! Our flight to Cusco was cancelled, but she just sat us all down and went off to ensure we got booked onto alternative flights later that day. We saw so much during our tour that it really was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, so thank you Valencia Travel for the arrangements and many thanks also to your fabulous staff.

        Cusco
Our trip to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu was an unbelievable experienced made better by our guide Jose and driver Richard. Jose's passion and knowledge about his country was so infectious. He also has a really good sense of humour and his perception of his group of travellers thus ensuring that we had the best experience possible. Of all the guides we have had around the world Jose.was by far the best we have ever had and is a credit to the Company he represents. The trip itself was absolutely outstanding and would recommend it to everyone to try.

Lima, Cusco and the Sacred Valley
From our collection by Adrian at Lima Airport and our shuttle to our super hotel they have been great. Frantz our guide for a walking tour around Old Lima was absolutely brilliant. The sights he showed us and the history and explanations he gave brought the tour to life and left us wanting more. Thank heavens for our guide for our departure from Lima to Cusco called Erica, who managed to reschedule our cancelled flight and got us safely to Cusco Airport with little time lost. Then best of all our guide at Cusco Jose took us to see the wanders of the Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu and its deeply fascinating history. José and our driver Richard for me made this trip an absolute dream come true and I am forever grateful to them and Valencia Travel for this experience so special. 🙏🏻

        The Ultimate Machu Picchu experience
From our first meeting at Cusco Airport our Tour Guide Jose has been indispensable. He has wowed us with his expansive knowledge on all things Inca: history, society, rituals, horticulture, astronomical, medical and architectural. His attention to detail, care for our health and welfare and his total commitment to our enjoyment of this tip has been simply amazing. I wish everyone that visits this region are fortunate enough to to get a guide half as good as our guide José, as both he and our excellent coach driver Richard are a winning combination and a sure fire way to get the ultimate Machu Picchu, Sacred Valley and Cusco experience. Thank you guys my wife and I are eternally grateful.🙏🏻

The trip was phenomenal. Our guide, Genrri Salazar, was knowledgeable, compassionate and accommodating. The last of these attributes was especially important in my situation, as I came down with a nasty bug halfway into the first day and was operating at about 50% at 13,000 altitude. Thanks to Genrri and my travel companions, I was able to scale the passes and make it to Machu Picchu. Additionally, the whole team of porters and our chef were exceptional, again thanks to Gentti’s accommodating direction.
If there’s one complaint it would be Valentia Travel’s suggested tipping scale. What they suggest in their literature is extremely low for the amount of work these people do. I hope others are like us and disregard this attempt to make the excursion look less expensive on the backs of these hard workers and tip them closer to what they deserve.

If you decide to travel to Machu Picchu, you MUST book with Valencia!!! What a find this group was. It turned into a private tour!!! Who Knew. They took care of EVERYTHING from airport pickup to hotel drop and all the details in between. The owner met us at the airport and this was just the start of a great 5-day tour. Since it was private, we were able to customize the day trips to our timeline (we liked sleeping in). I could go on and on and you could search for other companies but you'd be wasting your time after reading this. We traveled from Feb. 17 through the 23rd since we added a few extra days in Cusco, which I recommend to acclimate to the altitude. Take the Altitude pills (Diamox) as this will help. It's not as bad as people say. And drink the Coca Tea!!! You will relax and feel better. Best time to go is in February. It's the end of the rainy season and everything is green. If you wait until April-August, the crowds will be unbearable. Trust me, the weather was excellent....no rain and crowds were light. You DON'T want to fight the crowds as this place is now super popular! Thank you Valencia (Marilou and company) for the best-ever tour of our lifetime!!!!!! Michael & JoAnne.
