          A great time!
Such a good time! I can't remember our tour guide's name, but he was great. He made sure we had some great photos taken of us, and the ATV ride was a lot of fun. The salt mines were stunning, and I'd highly recommend trying the peruvian strawberry beer that's sold at the small market right next to them.

          Lots of fun!
The route is very scenic. It takes some time to get used to the ATV. But once you get used to it, it will be a lot of fun driving them. The tour operators give you instructions and allow you to practice a few rounds before heading Moray. Enjoy the fresh air and drive safely!

          Good sites, good instructors.
Great experience overall, good sites, should have brought my go pro to take recordings while we were riding through the area. Edward was a great instructor.

A good day out on the ATVs
This is a pretty fun half day tour. You don’t actually spend quite as long on the quads as I thought as you can only access Moray on quads, not Maras, but the ride to Moray is fairly long so you get a decent stint whizzing around off road. Moray and Maras themselves are interesting to visit and you spend a good amount of time of about 20 mins at each which is actually plenty enough to appreciate them. Our tour guide was great, informative but also let you explore on your own. We actually did the zip lining bolt on - it’s only 4 zip lines so potentially it’s a bit expensive for the additional £30, but they were quite good fun and the guys running it were nice and made you feel secure enough to have fun. If dangling at heights is your thing, it’s worth adding on.

Fun ATV experience with amazing views
The ATV is definitely the best part of this excursion but you get to see some amazing views while you’re on the bikes. Moray and Maras are also must-sees and this was a fun way to go see the sites. I definitely recommend this experience if you want a half day tour to give you a break from other tiring adventures around Cusco. Also you’ll be covered in dirt, remember to lower your helmet’s visor! The tour operators are really creative photographers too.

          Incredible man-made and natural wonders.
Emil was a great tour guide, giving everyone lots of information and even accommodating different languages. He gave us plenty of time to take pictures too.

Really fun and a great way to see Moray and Maras
Really fun tour! Pickup was ontime and if your location is a little off route they'll rendevous at the nearest accessible point for pickup so you don't have to go all the way to their office. The tour guide was excellent and informative. Ensure you pack a hat sunglasses, sunscreen and a facecover. It gets hot and dusty on the ATV. If you've never ridden an ATV before no need to worry. They will walk you through the controls and accompany you through the entire drive.

Best 1/2 day trip I’ve ever done!!
Amazing service from our guide, who was superb as both an ATV leader and a tour guide at the two attractions. Both sites are very different and well worth seeing - lots of unique/stunning photos - but seeing them by ATV turns this into a very special day out. Even though there were only 4 of us on this tour, our guide realised that the other 3 were quite nervous on the ATVs - so he gave them extra support and called up a second guide just for me to provide an amazing 1-2-1 tour for no extra cost!! These guys literally couldn’t have worked any harder for us.

          Book this!! AMAZING excursion!
This was our favorite tour on our entire vacation! The views were amazing and riding ATVs was so much fun!! Bring a go-pro or camera you don’t need to hold bc too dangerous to hold phone but the views are stunning! I took my 13 & 15 year olds and they absolutely loved it too!! Book it!! (You do get dusty, but worth it!) Salt mine at sunset was beautiful too!

          Edgar the great!
This is a fantastic tour, Edgar who runs the English tour makes it - His knowledge, photography and energy really makes a huge impact. We went on the afternoon session and I’d 100% advocate for this. It’s much quieter and you get to see wonderful sunsets.

          Best tour, highly recommended!
Best tour of our trip to cusco!! They picked us up at the hotel like it says on the booking. Our tour guide was Edgar, he is the BEST GUIDE EVER!!! He was gave detailed explanation for every thing we were doing and actually letting us doing 2 rounds of practice on the ATV before heading out into the field. He made sure everyone's safety was his first priority and always checking everyone and make sure we were ok. He helped us take pictures and videos, he is the BEST Photographer/videographer!! Our best pictures and videos were taken by him, can't thank him enough, they were soooo good!

          Busy day!
Juan was a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. It was nice that our tour was only 5 people. The historic sites visited were amazing. I think the itinerary was a bit skewed- we were rushed at sites but seemed to have plenty of time to ‘shop’ at vendors selected by the tour company. We didn’t go to the Pisac market- only a jewelry store. Van was not air conditioned. Not a huge deal but may be a consideration for others.

          Worthwhile day trip
Had a lovely day on this tour. You cover some good ground in a day and get to see three archaeological sites. The buffet lunch is good also. Emille was our tour guide and he was wonderful - conducted the tour in Spanish and English and provided lots of interesting information. A good day trip. Thank you

Amazing experience with a great guide
Absolutely amazing tour, with an incredibly passionate and knowledgable guide Jonathan, who guided us through the sacred valley. Some stops are a bit touristy, but most times you can feel that there is a connection with the local community and you never feel pressured to buy anything (though you should bring some money for the locally made sweaters in Chincherro) Overall a great experience, a very well organised trip, and amazing value for your money

absolutely the best tour ever !!! would highly recommend......a must do when visiting the sacred valley.......our guide provided vast information, but more than that a true appreciation and joy for his culture.....hard to find these days in such a young guide......looking up from the valley to the mountains and glaciers truly takes ones breath away....a never to forget day...

This trip was INCREDIBLE! It was a great price, for starters, but the organization and travel was seamless and our guide Javier was so kind and knowledgeable and helpful! Javier was very patient and helped us understand the itinerary of the day, as well as how the hike would specifically go. He was the best!

The hike itself is HARD and I highly recommend getting a horse if you’re at all nervous about the difficulty. The horse was such a cool experience and the hike was beautiful, the best thing we’ve seen in Peru! Even more breathtaking than Machu Picchu honestly. The buffet meals were delicious and well timed too. Overall, an amazing time and this trip with Willka Travel and Javier is 100% a must-do if you’re in Cusco.

This is a beautiful hike! Eight of us opted to ride horses, which just added to the Peruvian experience! The horses only go up a little more than halfway. The most strenuous part is the last third as it's a little steeper, has a lot of rocks, and the air is thinner. The water isn't as "glacier" blue as Lake Louise in Banff, Canada; it's more of a clear blue-green. Be sure to take in the surrounding beauty! Our guide was friendly, spoke clear English, and was generous with his coca leaves! I didn't learn as much about Inca history as I thought I would, but it was definitely something you'd want to see while in Peru!

Thank you for your review! We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the hike and the added experience of riding horses. The challenging hike is definitely worth the effort. It's wonderful that you appreciated the surrounding beauty along the way. We're glad your guide was friendly, fluent in English, and provided you with coca leaves. We agree that the hike is a must-see while in Peru. Thank you again for sharing your feedback!

Had an amazing time doing this hike. The area is absolutely gorgeous and I won't forget the friends I made along the long trip. The food provided for breakfast and lunch was delicious with no issues. Our tour guide was wonderful and was happy to talk and educate the group. I had plenty of time to take some great pictures and they provide a horse if you have issues with the steep hike. Like many tours you have to wake up early and the ride is quite long from Cusco, but I can't dock them ratings because they made it as comfortable as possible

Our trip to Lake Humantay was amazing! We took the horses up and hiked down, and I’m glad we did. It is not a hard hike but the altitude makes it difficult. Our tour guide William was very good and our driver Edgar was incredible! It’s a long ride there and back but the scenery is beautiful, I enjoyed every minute of it. The weather was perfect, it gets a little warm when you are hiking down but the breeze is cool. We had plenty of time at the lake to take pictures and sit down and enjoy the beauty of this place. It was one of my favorite places in Peru:) it is a very long day so leave the next day to rest if you can.

This was such an amazing experience! Hilton and Julio Caesar were wonderful and so accommodating. The food was wonderful and where we ate our breakfast and dinner at Casa Mollechayoq was wonderful. Everything was delicious. Hilton taught us some Quechua and shared such reverence for the space that he shared with us. The hike was definitely challenging but so rewarding and a beautiful landscape to enjoy. Feel so lucky to have had such a great experience!

Lake Humantay is a site to behold and well worth the journey. The tour guide was very helpful in ensuring we had a good time and met all our goals. He was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot. Be ready for a steep hike at times which can be fairly rugged. It was tough for us but the guide was helpful in securing some horses so we could focus more on the experience. Overall and A+

Awesome trip! Its a challenging hike for people who are not used to hiking, but the reward is breathtaking! (And also there are horses you can take up the hill)
The tour organizers did a good job, puntual pick up, had veggie option as requested, and was an overall good experience.
The tour guide (Freddy) was AMAZING, he was very patient and accompanied the slower walkers (me). He also taught us about some nature things like the birds that overflew us and the plants we were seeing; he was really great.

I loved the hike to Humantay and learning some of the history of the traditions and geography. The views are just spectacular. Be sure you have allowed yourself time to acclimate to the altitudes. We went on the second full day being in Cusco. We took horses (which was our intention anyway) for a good portion of upward hike. We would have struggled without. The hike back down was even challenging. (We were the oldest people in our group of 12 by about 15-25 years), but we are very active outdoorsy people from Florida. Such an amazing experience.

My friend and I are in excellent shape and still couldn’t do it on our own without the horses. Felt really bad for them but there was no other way to get to the top.
Our trip guide Freddie was amazing, very knowledgeable, caring and patient with us-
He knew a lot about the lake, the history. He stayed with us when we needed breaks. He got us horses when we said we couldn’t do it anymore. Overall, the trip was amazing just be prepared for the challenging hike.

This experience was amazing! Everything about this tour was just awesome! Ghilton, my guide, is a God send. He was patient when some of us were struggling up the hike. He was very informative about the tradition and culture within Peru and Quechua. The hike can be tough, so fair warning! But it is absolutely do-able and WORTH the final destination. The view of that lake and mountain around it mesmerizing! Will definitely recommend taking this tour. Very well organized! Thank you Ghilton!
