Begin your tour with convenient pickup at your hotel in Cusco, and then transfer to the train station for a scenic train trip to Aguas Calientes. Provided transportation and included train tickets mean you can focus on the scenery instead of directions and navigation. Disembark in Aguas Calientes, where you begin your guided tour of the Machu Picchu, also known as the Lost City of the Incas. I've been to Machu Picchu twice. Once without a guide, but with an overnight stay in Aguas Caliente, and once with a guide with no overnight stay. I'd recommend going without a guide. It gives you plenty of opportunity to visit at your own pace....More

Macho Picchu is the number one archaeological site I have visited in the world. The guides are very informative and the views are world class. My best compliment is I returned for another visit and am planning on going back again.

Hi! You will need to check with the tour coordinator to see what time they booked your return train ticket from Machu Piccu. Also, you will need to take into consideration the drive back from Ollantaytambo to Cusco.
