Epic day to Colca Canyon and back from Arequipa, with the special viewing of the condors a highlight. Every stop had a great moment; crossing over the stark, high altitudes, wild vicunias, kind and gracious people, beautiful Chivay, tiered farming, water birds, volcano views. Special thanks to Luigi, who took care of us so well, very knowledgeable, who made it an awesome day.

After a 10 day Traveling adventure with a group through another traveling group, my friend and I opted for a private tour of Rainbow Mountain! Unfortunately it snowed on the day we reserved our tour; however it was one of our most enjoyable days due to the kindness of our guide Richard. He was very informative regarding the history and culture of the area and people. We were able to see some beautiful sites on the way to and home. We met some local folks, stopped by a lovely place to eat Los Cabanas and have coffee. The food was awesome!! Richard took some beautiful photos and was patient with us when we wanted to stop to view some sights/alpacas!! The time with Cusco Holiday Peru Servicios Turisticos was one of our most favorite and memorable!! Thanks for such a wonderful time and adventure!!

it was a very beautiful journey richard is a very responsible guide excellent person, the journey was very fun and interesting, as richard has very good information about the legal that carries you. visit the mountain of 7 colors it is very beautiful place the very comfortable transport very private and with all security i recommend this agency and in special to richard very good person.

We received a private tour - Richard was our tour guide. We arrived in Cusco and were picked up and driven to Pisac. Although we did not get a guided tour of the Sacred Valley, Richard did share information along the drives and during part of our tour. He left us at the base, to explore Pisac ourselves. We did a self lead tour of Pisac and drove past Urubamba. We had a 4.30pm train to Aguas Calientes, so could not stop at Moray or the salt flats (unfortunately). If your time permits, I recommend doing this. Richard took us to one of the Ollantaytambo ruins - again, we were time constrained. Overall, for a private pick up, drop off, this is a fair tour. Avoid the touristy buffet lunches to save time. If we had more time, I would have liked to see more in Urubamba / Sacred Valley. Richard was lovely. To get the most out of the tour, ask lots of questions rather than wait for commentary and ask Richard to accompany you on a tour rather than go alone. The company was great at accommodating our pick up and drop off times. Not all company's provide this, at this cost. They also provided an optional itinerary so we were given some choices about what to visit

Our trip of the Sacred Valley began with Richard, our awesome guide, picking us up at our hotel and his English was great! He catered and tailored the whole day to our wishes and desires. This is a very great guide service and you won't be disappointed.

10 out of 5 star rating if possible. Our group did land tour in South America for 13 days (Rio, Iguazu, Lima, Cusco, MachuPicchu, Puno, Bolivia, Lima). Half of it (Peru and Bolivia part) we used Richard as a tour operator. We would like to say that he is one of the best guide we ever met and will definitely suggest our friend who will visit Cusco region. Frankly, we didn't impress you at first sight with you signature explaining while sleeping :D, but after 6 days tour with you - hiking Montana and have funny Puno trip, etc. Our group still talking about you till end of our trip. Everyone said we should have Richard with us until end of our landtour. With his knowledge and friendliness during the trip and also his help during our planing process before the trip, we DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Richard !!

I booked the Private Full-Day Tour of Ollantaytambo from Cusco. My guide, Cesar Smith, picked me up from the airport in Cusco and took me to Ollantaytambo, Moray, the Salt Mines, and Chinchero. Smith was extremely professional and well knowledgeable about the areas he guided me through. Smith was able to take me off the typical beaten path and showed me several hidden local spots away from the tourists. I specifically asked Smith to show me where to find local fermented Chicha, and I was beyond excited to try and experience the drink. Smith definitely loves his job and it shows while he works and explains the variety of sites he shows you. While Smith has a general itinerary in mind for the tour, he is open to improvisation and was willing to extend the tour slightly to point out a few dinner options. I highly recommend traveling with this tour group, and specifically requesting Smith as a guide. You will not be disappointed.

Our guide, Richard picked up us at our hotel and spent the next 4 hours showing us the sights of Cusco, including the ancient ruins in the hills above the city. He was very informative, and was happy to answer all our questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and easy to spend time with. My wife highly recommend him and his company, Cusco Holiday for any of his tours.

When we booked a tour to Lares sulfur springs, we didnt know that we would get to meet such a kind, knowledgeable guide such as Richard. His respect and love for his country and culture was so apparent, and his knowledge of the archeological and cultural heritage illuminated everything we saw. What a wonderful and knowledgeable guide Richard is. From the moment he picked us up at the airport until the moment he returned us to the airport, our trip was fantastic. Richard took us to see all the sacred sites around Cuzco, to Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu and then, me personally, to Lake Titicaca. He made the areas come alive for us. Before my time with Richard was over, he was like family to me. I cannot imagine having a better person to show me Peru.

Richard was excellent from the time he picked us up at the airport and took us to our first hotel and made sure we were checked in ok right through our whole experience. Richards english is quite good and easy to understand and he is very knowledgeable. The sites he took us too were amazing what an amazing culture the Incan were. When we return we will defiantly be using Richard as our guide.

Richard took my friend and I on a fabulous tour of the Sacred Valley and his lovely associate (silly me I forgot her name already) guided us through Machu Pichu. Both were very knowledgeable of the area, plus calm and courteous even when our plans would change or we were running late. I genuinely enjoyed being with them and would recommend their services to anyone wanting to explore the area. Richard just purchased a nice new Hyundai with AC so the driving was very smooth and comfortable...a big plus in Peru. Thanks for a great trip!
