Peru - Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley, Machu Picchu, EcoAmazonia - 11days with Valencia Travel _ Guide Rolly Carrasco. This tour was all round fabulous, great Great hotels comfort, locations and breakfasts. Escorted tours were well structured well communicated, safe and time efficient. Transport was safe and comfortable. Free time recommendations also well thought out. Rolly Carracci from Valencia Travel seamlessly managed the odd landslide, train and flight delays Rolly was very professional, friendly and an amazing source of information clearly passionate about Peru and ensuring all clients gave the best experience possible.

The tour guide Guido is experienced, kind and warm. For example, when one of our group members needed to take a rest because od altitude sickness, Guido was willing to slow down the pace. Besides, he is able to speak in Engish fluently. Therefore, even if you can't speak in Spanish, you don't need to worry about languge problems. However, I was a bit disappointed on the tour route in Machu Picchu. We took the route 3, so we missed the chance to view ruins from the top of the hill. I was quite surprised that the conpamy didn't explain the difference between each route and provide us with options.

I have done MANY trips with various companies all over the world but Rolly Carrasco from Valencia Travel sub contracted by Trip a Deal has made this trip EXTRA special with his organisational skills, diplomacy, caring and problem solving abilities. He has gone above and beyond to make this trip EXTRA SPECIAL with his knowledge and friendliness. We all felt like part of his family. He organised birthday celebrations for those of us who traveled here for their special occasions, called in an emergency doctor in the middle of the night for a sick traveler and managed to help us all with altitude sickness advice. He was always punctual and got everyone sorted to start each day’s activities on time. The places we have seen so far in Peru have been AMAZING! Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu were absolutely breathtaking and the history was incredible. Cusco was a wonderful surprise - I thought it was just a stopover to acclimatise to the altitude prior to visiting Machu Picchu but it was a fascinating place itself. Our Amazon Jungle experience was even better than I expected and even the weather was good. Local knowledge is such a wonderful thing and I love that Trip a Deal always uses local guides.

I had the BEST time with my Tour Guide Rolly Carrasco. His Punctuality was 10/10, His knowledge of each location was outstanding and whenever we ran into a problem whatever it may be, Rolly overcame it promptly and professionally. English was not an issue at all whilst also teaching us a bit of Spanish along the way! He took us around Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu & The Amazon from Puerto Maldonado. On top of everything he did for us, I think the main benefit of having a tour guide like Rolly is that he treated everyone like Family above all. 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend this trip for anyone interested. - Cam

Unforgettable trek on the beautiful Lares Trail. The scenery was the best I’ve ever seen in my life, from snow capped peaks to jungle rainforest. Our guide, Miguel is the best in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable, is indigenous to the region, and is hilarious! The staff was amazing too, with amazing food and accommodations, even though we were deep in the wilderness. I highly recommend this trek, it was one of the best weeks of my life.

I just want to thank Jose Vaca for showing us around Cuzco. Not only did he explain to us the 9th Inca King Pacha Cuteq, but also the elements that the temples were made for. I’ve learned much history from his tour which has given me interest into learning more about others.

Valencia Travel arranged 2 separate trips for us (2 day inka trek and 2 day visits to Machu Picchu ) for my wife and me, who wanted different things. The Inka trek was cancelled by the authorities due to rain and land-slips. Valencia (Aracely) managed to rearrange things along with our guide, Duska, and both were amazing given that so many things needed changing - train, buses, tickets, MP routes. Duska is first rate and accompanied us on the Waynapicchu trek (about 300m altitude ascent, steep and a bit challenging for older, unacclimatised people). Guides apparently don’t usually do that, but wait at bottom, so really good. 10/10 for Aracely and Duska.

Ruben was kind, caring, organised and efficient and really helped make this a trip of a lifetime with memories to last forever.

We Vvsited Peru through Valencia travel as part of a Newmarket Holidays tour of South America after visiting Brazil and Argentina. All aspects were excellent, guides transport, meals and flights. Our lead guide Ruben being a brilliant organiser and genuinely caring for his clients we felt. Support guides in the Sacred Valley including Machu Picchu, Condor Valley, Lima, Lake Titticaca and Ariquera were very knowledgeable. This is a full on trip with early starts but they paid off getting there before the crowds. Included meals were generally of a good standard. The hotel breakfasts we felt were hit and miss after the standard we experienced at the Copacabana Hilton on the previous half of the tour. In terms of improvement more, emphasis is required on assuring couples are allocated seats together on the airplanes, shouldn't be difficult. Coaches were of a good standard and drivers excellent on difficult roads. We took the tourist bus to Lake Titticaca from Cusco, most others in our party took the train. We thought we had made a mistake but no, there were several interesting stops and a decent buffet meal. We would assure anyone this is a perfectly acceptable option, though the train standard did look excellent from photos we saw, though more costly. A final word of appreciation to Ruben who retrieved my wife's phone after it dropped out of her bag on the bus down to Agua Calientes from Machu Picchu. It was retrieved with the utmost efficiency, we are most grateful for resolving a stressful experience. We highly recommend Valencia Travel Peru is amazing!!

Excellent tour, we had a great time. Our tour guy Jose Vaca did a great job. Jose was very organized and kept the group together at all times. He kept us very well informed of our itinerary He is also very knowledgeable of his job. He loves what he does.

I had a fabulous time and Reuben, our guide was very good. All tickets and timings were great and Reuben had good rapport with all 23 members of our group.
