At 9am we will meet you at Wasicleta, from where we will start our tour. We will head down to the Sacred Valley, all the way to Pisaq. There, you will explore the colorful market and take back a souvenir if you wish, there is an endless variety of handcrafts! Here we will start our biking adventure. After providing you with the safety equipment, we will be ready to start riding on a fairly flat dirt road, for bikes only. This is a very pleasurable journey, since you will not have to avoid any cars (there will be none!), you will be in touch with nature, and will not have to exert yourself excessively. We will ride along the river all the way to Huayllabamba. In the middle of the way we will have a well-deserved stop for our Andean picnic lunch. On our way we will have the chance to appreciate Incan terraces and local crops such as corn, potato and quinoa. Our van will be following us all along the tour and will be at your disposal in case you get tired and you need to jump in the van.

      Great cooking class in Cusco!
Dael was a great teacher and host! The mercado is huge and bustling, so it was really nice to have a knowledgable guide to help navigate and learn about all the different sections. The cooking class was a lot of fun - they have a very nice, well-equipped setup. The class had a great balance of hands-on cooking, while also having everything meticulously prepped and organized, so everything flowed really well. All the food tasted great and I learned a lot about Peruvian cuisine, I would definitely recommend this experience!

A fun emersion into Peruvian food culture and fantastic preparation of food and drink.
Started at the San Pedro Market place, we were escorted to various stands, got to try exoticfruits, cheese, bread, chocolate then a short walk to a well appointed studio we started with the pisco sour, juiced the fresh fruit and shook out delightful drinks. Mage a lovely Tamale with Quinoa with a layer of mushrooms and vegetables then cheese. Prepared several wonderful dishes chopping sautèimg and mixing a very hands on experience ended with a fantastic dessert and another drink. A beautiful few hours went by fast our chef Andreas was good at involving all kept the class entertained and ran an excellent class. A must do .

      A must do in Cusco!
Amazing experience. Dael was really informative and the tour round the market was great. The cooking course lasted ages, we cooked four different dishes and made a pisco sour. Would highly recommend, we also met some lovely people on the course.

      Nice food and great chef!
Wonderful and informative cooking class with Maurizio. Could not have been better. He introduced us to the various fruits and vegetables of Peru in the local market. It was fun and super yummy.

The food was good, Monkey Island was fun and the night ride for animals and stars was a bonus!
Our guide Evon was wonderful. He took us to Lake Sandoval and we enjoyed it very much. I am not sure why we got to go there and some others did a 5 mi trek thru the jungle seeing very little but we were thrilled that Evan was our guide. Excellent english, funny and very knowledgeable.

      Great cooking class in Cusco
I would recommend this class to anyone! Dael allowed the particiants to slice, dice and taste test the food. There was a vegan in the class so some recipes were modified for this person and those modifications tasted great. It was an enjoyable, relaxing day and I learned so much able the local dishes and produce.

      Great Class!
Amazing class! We met at the market and learned about its opening as well as how the stalls were arranged. Had the absolute best time listening to our chef explain foods, prep, and traditional Peruvian cuisine. What made this class stand above and beyond was the issue I had the day of our class. I did not feel well and they kindly allowed us to reschedule for the next morning or evening based on what we preferred. We had a chocolate making class so we chose the earlier class. Highly recommend this course. Our instructors name was Dael Rozas Calderon. He was very easy to understand and follow.

      Cooking in Peru
The tour of the market was so fun. Our Chef had so much knowledge about the local foods and traditions. The food he taught us to make was wonderful. Can’t wait to make these recipes at home.

      Kiwis in Cusco
We could not have asked for a better tour guide in Hugo. Believe it or not but this was his first tour. We honestly thought he was a seasoned pro and had been doing it for years. Hugo's knowledge was so informative and he even made allowance for us to go into the grounds of Saqsawayman (at our expense) even though this wasn't actually part of the tour. We got to experience things and places that you wouldn't walking or sitting on a bus tour, and we got some exercise. The fruit that Hugo got us from the SAN Padro market was amazing. Thank you so much for an amazing experience Hugo. Ka kite ano (see you again)

      Great Food, learned a lot!
This cooking class was a great way to learn about local cuisine and eat delicious food! I really loved learning how to make ceviche as we learned 3 recipes. We started with a tour of the San Pedro market. My family hadn’t previously visited the market and this was a great discovery for us, that we came back to afterwards.

      Great food and experience
This class is perfect for anyone who loves food and wants to learn about the food that is important to Peru. Our guide and chef, Dael, taught us so much in the market and in the kitchen. The dishes we made were wonderful. I would recommend to anyone who wants a calm activity to do while acclimating in Cusco!

      Cooking with friends
This was a highlight of our trip to Peru! Del was an amazing chef and guide. We visited the market and then had a fabulous several course meal. It was a group of us three and another visiting chef- more like a group of friends cooking than anything formal. Trout ceviche in many forms was a delight!
