  • It is recommended to book flights with an early arrival time to the Galapagos Islands and a late departure time from the Galapagos Islands to make sure you can enjoy all of the activities of the tour. Late arrivals and/or early departures mean you might miss some activities.
  • If your flight is delayed or canceled and you cannot make it to Puerto Ayora in time to take the last speedboat to Isabela Island, which departs around 14:00, the team assist you with finding accommodation on Santa Cruz Island but this will be on your own expense. You will miss the planned activities.
  • You will have a guide during the whole program, except on the boats between the islands.
  • Please try to bring small bags and luggage, The Galapagos public transportation is on average small and it takes more time and space when you bring large baggage.
  • Tap water on the Galapagos Islands might contain bacteria and should not be consumed, not even for brushing your teeth. Bottled or purified water is always recommended.
  • Inform yourself about food safety when traveling to tropical countries. Take the necessary precaution to avoid food poisoning (always wash your hands before eating, don’t eat ‘street food’, only eat peeled fruits, etc.).
  • The operator cannot take any responsibility for any illnesses or missed meals & tours due to an illness.
  • It is important that you will have current travel insurance including personal medical insurance. Please inform us of any known medical conditions you have.
  • A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
  • The operator reserves the right to change the itinerary without previous notice due to weather, National Park regulations or notifications and unforeseeable circumstances.

A note from 5 Day Galapagos Budget
Travelers must bring with them extra sanitary items to be used during the entire tour. Transportation: In the Galapagos speed boats, water taxis, and navigation boats, all the crew will use biosafety suits and equipment. Medicine: Travelers should bring their medications from their countries.

Mir fällt es schwer eine richtige Bewertung abzugeben.
Ich habe 5 Tage Galapagos gebucht.
Die Organisation vor dem Urlaub mit all den entsprechenden Information war super und ich wusste genau auf was ich mich einlasse.
Am Flughafen muss man jeweils 20$ für die Einreise und nochmal weitere 100$ (6$ mit ecuadorianischen Pass) für den Nationalpark.
Am Flughafen wurde ich abgeholt in einem Bus vom Abholer der Agentur.
Anschließend ging es weiter auf einer Fähre (50cent) und anschließend rund eine Stunde in einem Taxi zum Hotel.
Das Taxi muss man nicht zahlen und auch das anschließende Essen im Hotel bzw. Restaurant auch nicht.
Anschließend geht es rund 2-3 Stunden in einem Speedboot zur Insel Isabella.
Es kann feucht werden und einem wird schlecht bei der Bootsfahrt...
Nach Ankunft auf der Insel Isabella habt ihr einen neuen Mitarbeiter der euch abholt mit dem Taxi.
Das weitere Programm ist Standard 2 Tage Isabella und 2 Tage Santa Cruz.
Wichtig ist dass es wirklich andere Preise wie auf dem Festland sind.
Ihr habt kein Abendessen erhalten und müsste daher essen gehen.
Frühstück ist übrigens ein Witz...
Warum ich mich so schwer tue eine positive Bilanz zu ziehen ist der Preis.
Ihr müsst das Programm so durchziehen wie es vorgegeben ist und habt keine Freizeit und seid am Ende des Tages platt.
Ihr habt jederzeit Service und es ist alles organisiert, sodass man echt nicht wirklich denken muss.
Ich habe für die Tour 1300€ gezahlt exklusive Flug und Abendessen ...
Theoretisch braucht ihr wirklich nur den Flug machen und man muss sich bisschen erkundigen wegen den Speedboot, da das nur morgens um 6 Uhr fährt und noch einmal mittags.
Auf der Insel Santa Cruz wie auch Isabella bekommt ihr die gleiche Tour und Hotels von ganz vielen Reisebüros angeboten.
Ihr könnt auch einzelne Tours buchen wie los túneles zum Beispiel ( 150$).

Jetzt kommt das erschreckende ich hatte kein wirkliches Frühstück und kein Abendessen und man bekommt diese 5 Tage für die Hälfte angeboten mit allem drum und dran .....

Das Speedboot kostet 30$ und die wassertaxis zum Speedboot ( ein muss) 1$

Fazit:
Spart euch das Geld und erkundigt euch lieber und ihr seht viel mehr als eine so durch geplante Tour.
Es gibt viel bessere Hotels, welche günstiger sind.
