The driver was there waiting for us and even brought his spouse to help us as he went to retrieve his van from parking. The vehicle was comfortable and he was a safe driver. Since we arrived after midnight to Quito, where had never been before, we were very appreciative of his punctuality. Cost wise the transfer seemed reasonable.

Roberto was excellent. His knowledge was amazing and his manner was unassuming. We would do another tour with him anytime.

We booked this tour because of the Otavalo markets but enjoyed the rest of the tour even more. Our guide Roberto gave great insight on the culture and history. The stops for food were excellent and the visit to Quitsato the Sundial Museum was fascinating as it explained the discovery and significance of the equator to the study of the globe at that time. We were comfortably driven by Carlos who stopped when requested so we could take pictures of the vista or street art. A great tour by all measures.

This Overland Tour with Roberto as our guide was Outstanding!. Roberto was knowledgeable, engaging, had a great sense of humor, and provided personalized experiences at every spot. Our driver, Henray, was an excellent wingman.

A lovely young man was waiting at the airport for me with a sign. The car was spotless and he and I chatted in a mix of Spanish (I wanted to practice) and English on the way to my hotel. I had been nervous about this booking as the pickup time was 2.30am but it was all perfect. Thank you so much.

We are very satisfied with our full day Quito experience it covered all major sights of Quito , and a trip to the middle of the world .The guide was interesting and spoke very good english .We can reccomend taking this tour .

The ruins at Ingapirca were truly interesting. Learning about the history and the people who created the original buildings was well worth the trip. The views were beautiful! We also went to the church in Biblia, what an experience. The church was amazing and the views matched. Our guide was Pedro, he was very informative. He also went out of his way to make sure we saw everything and had a great time.

Taking this tour was the perfect way to start our trip to the Galapagos. The tour guide, Ricardo Loor, was excellent and was waiting right there at the Baltra airport to pick us up, even after our flight time was changed to arrive an hour earlier. They track your flight to make sure they are there when you arrive. The bus fee and ferry fee were included in the tour price. Ricardo was very helpful throughout the tour, giving us time to eat lunch and when one of our group forgot her gifts at the tortoise reserve, Ricardo called the place and had someone bring it back to us. Ricardo is also a fountain of knowledge and can answer any question you have about the Galapagos and was helpful in getting us the best photos of the tortoises. All in all, a great trip!

I forgot the drivers name but he was great. He waited until we arrived and was waiting to help us with our bags. In the past I have had some drivers in other countries drive crazy but our driver drove great and I felt completely safe. I highly recommend this company as they are reliable and responsible. I will be using them for my return to the airport as well.

Great tour. After taking several planes to get to Baltra airport, it was nice not to be thinking about how to get to the hotel. We also appreciated the amount of time we saved by visiting the space where the giant tortoises live. The guide was amazing. The visit to the tunnel was also very interesting. We really enjoyed the tour.

Getting picked up at the airport by a guide was such a nice welcome to a new, magical place! Astrid was so knowledgeable, kind, and a wonderful guide at the tortoise and lava tunnel park. She and the driver drove us from the airport, to the park, and to our hotel. The tortoises were unreal and the whole place felt like straight out of Jurassic Park! We definitely recommend this especially if it’s your first time to the Galapagos!

Our flight was over three hours delayed, getting in at almost 2am, we were worried about getting to the hotel. Despite the late delay, there was still a gentleman waiting for us with a sign. Everyone was polite and efficient.

What an experience to get our Galapagos adventure off to a great start! Thank you Andres for a friendly, professional, and educational experience! I wasn't sure at first if my son and I were going to do this but are so glad we did! Andres was waiting for us at the airport, got us and our bags on the bus, got us on the ferry, and he and his driver took us away to start our adventure stopping at the big crater and off to see the tortoises and lava tunnels. Andres shared his detailed knowledge and love for this very special place. We spent a great time at the tortoise ranch where he showed us so much about these magnificent creatures. Definitely an experience I'm glad I didn't miss. Thanks Andres!

I would not recommend this tour operator because we did not complete one of the activities (visting the Tunel de Lava Bellavista) , as per the tour itinerary. I contacted the tour operator repeatedly after the trip, both via email and WhatsApp, but to no avail.
