    Great food tour!
Daniela was our guide and this tour was so much fun and so much food! This is a walking tour so wear comfy shoes! She is amazingly passionate about the food and the stops and really has formed a wonderful connection with all the food vendors and places we stopped at! I highly recommend this tour especially if you’re looking for the true, authentic Ecuadorian experience through food!

Grateful we didn’t miss this. Sensational day and huge highlight in Quito.
Had the most incredible day with Natalia! Food was spectacular and super varied. She was so kind and knowledgeable, and she was so easy to talk to. She gave us amazing insight into the local art and history of the city. Was one of the highlights of our Quito stay and was so grateful to taste so many things I would’ve have known to the otherwise! I’m a pescatarian, and she easily made this fit my diet. So grateful for that. She even gave us recommendations for a great bar near our hotel which we tried and loved. Thanks Natalia!

Ask For Santi as Your Guide
Santi was a great guide. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed it. He knew the story behind all the murals and we even had chocolate at his studio at the end. He also saved me by ordering an Uber for me because my phone battery died

    Great food with great guide!
We had a wonderful time learning about the city and its delicious food. The day felt like it flew by. All the dishes were amazing we were so full by the end. The walking was at our pace and never felt rushed. The weather was beautiful. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Don’t miss out on this experience if you have the time.

A real taste of Quito and a well-paced way to spend half a day.
Wow, what a day. After nearly two weeks in Ecuador, we only had one full day in Quito, and we spent it wisely with Daniela. We definitely felt like we got to see the real Quito, and taste a lot of authentic bites along the way. Daniela easily accommodated my husband's aversion to fish, and paced the trip perfectly. My highlight was choosing and tasting various exotic (to me) fruits at the market. Ending in the Espacio Cultural was a real treat. It was a relaxing way to end the tour, and our visit to Ecuador. Highly recommend!

    Excellent Food Tour
Booked the food tour last minute, I ended up being the only person on the tour. I was met by Santi who was brilliant in showing the best local spots hidden away. Everything from local soups, juices to empanadas. Definitely have a very light breakfast before going on the tour. I was stuffed after the tour.

    Excellent tour guide
Pamela was an excellent tour guide with lots of local knowledge. She took us to places a non local would never consider on their own and a great experience. The food was great and visiting the different venders was well worth the time. Tour included information about the neighborhoods and local artists that we were not even expecting.

    Street Food Essentials
My husband and I took a Street Food Essentials Tour with 2 other couples. Our guide was Pamela. She did an exceptional job. She took us to street food venders we would never have found. She gave us a lot of history during the tour. We learned so much about Ecuadorian food with her engaging explanations. I would highly recommend this tour.

    Best food tour in Quito
Pamela was the best guide and we enjoyed delicious samples of Ecuadorian dishes. Portions are large so we shared them and were still very full. Information was shared along the way about the neighborhoods and history of the area. Best food tour I have taken, and we do tours everywhere we travel.

    Non-touristic food heaven!!
Cannot recommend this tour enough! Pamela was an incredible guide and taught us so much not only about the street food of Quito but how it fits into the greater cultural context and history. Tour went through very local neighborhoods and took us places we'd never have been able to reach on our own. Truly an incredible day--do this for SURE if you can, especially if you crave non-touristic experiences. and oh... the food. the FOOOD. Truly stellar. Great great GREAT tour!

    A must do!
My wife and I had a great time touring the area with Santiago. We were able to try the best street food without worrying about running for the toilet. The art studio he took us to was fantastic, and the local artists were very accomodating. Highly recommend.

    Great local experience
What a fun experience! Pamela showed us around the old town (mostly) providing us with a great overview of the city, it’s history, and some of it’s recent challenges. The food was all great, and the little shops and stops along the way were all so authentic with many away from the main tourist areas. It as election day when we were there, and that was really interesting itself as Pamela explained how voting is mandatory and how that all worked. Highly recommended!

    Tears of joy
It was a great time! We went to a lot of places off the main tourist path, which gave me a better appreciation of Ecuadorian food. Fully recommend!

If you are a chocolate lover, this experience is for you. It is incredible to taste chocolate in such different ways and everything explained by the chef and his assistants. Ernesto was an incredible guide and companion, offering many details as well. Everything I tried was delicious and I recommend it 100%. Do not miss it!
