Dear Ives, Thank you very much for your review, we really appreciate that you took the time to write to us, we are glad that the trip worked as it was supposed in terms of schedule, timing and spots to be visited, I understand that not going to the glacier can be a bump when you are supper close and you were expecting this experience. We consulted our guide and he told us, that, despite the weather was good, sadly not everyone in the group were in conditions of coming up there, sadly this is one of the risk when we run a shared trip, we depend in the conditions of most of the group. Nevertheless, we totally understand that this could have been managed differently and we appreciate your heads up and we will work to fix this part of the operation.
