Irene guided us on a tour of some of the highlights of northern Ecuador with passion and enthusiasm. Her personal touch and Byron’s masterful driving made the tour extra special. We highly recommend any tours with Irene!!!

The Mitad del Mundo in Quito is a fascinating and unique destination where you can literally stand on the equator. It's an incredible feeling to be at the center of the world, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and rich history. The monument and its interactive exhibits make it a fun and educational experience for visitors of all ages.

Firstly, we were traveling by bus, stylized for an old-fashioned one, which had a lot of charm for us. Secondly, the tour guide of her kind, Irene, was talking about Ecuador and the equator with such enthusiasm. We have complex information on everything. She seems to be truly passionate about her job. She took us to the place where the equator precisely goes through.

Omg Irene our guide was super incredible. This tour made our Quito visit exceptional!! We visited all the major sites but Irene also accommodated our interest in traditional medicine thank you thank you thank you 10/10. We’ve travelled all over the world. Irene our guide was excellent. The best guide we have had so far on our trip through Peru and Equador. Extremely informative and made the whole day really enjoyable. Her English is excellent and by the end of the tour she felt more like a friend than a tour guide. Definitely recommend her.

Plenty of time to explore site. As well as monument, a number of exhibits, cafes and shops. Great means of transport there and back via converted ex city tram. Andrea our guide - full of energy and enthusiasm. Just to be aware this tour does not take you to actual latitude 0. ( This spot is about 240 metres away ( not discovered until fairly recently with advent of new technologies)). The tour is to exhibition park surrounding and including the monument originally thought to represent latitude 0 .

We were the only couple (of the 14 in the tour bus) that booked half day - so we ended up with a full day tour. Cotopaxi was impressive even with clouds moving in to cover the snow capped peak. We saw some wild horses enjoying the balmy day. There were plenty of stops for snacks and restrooms, but no wasted time anywhere. The drive through the uplands to get to the Quilotoa Lagoon was amazing - I never would have seen this area otherwise, so that alone makes this a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The sun peeked through long enough to allow the lagoon to show off her colors. Irene, our guide, was full of personality, knowledge, and definitely added a lot to the experience.

Our guide was Irene. She picked us up from the hotel very punctually. We did the tour of the churches, where she explained to us about history, tradition and culture, it was very informative. We feel very safe all the time. Irene went above and beyond being a guide, we had a laugh and she made the experience very special. Irene speaks very good English and that helped us a lot to enjoy the tour. We highly recommend Irene to be your guide in such a beautiful place. Nuestra guía fue Irene. Irene took us on a night tour through Old Town and it was amazing! She's an enthusiastic, informative guide who left us with some hilarious stories and great insider knowledge. It was a completely different experience exploring those areas at night and Irene made it even better. Would highly recommend!

I had a great time on my first day in Quito. Another group that was supposed to come didn’t show up. So basically it was just me, Andrea the guide and the driver. Andrea was very knowledgeable. She explained everything about the city, attractions, culture etc. And when we were at middle of the world, she explained all about the different houses, food etc. And she was always willing to take pics of me and recommended some ice cream to try. We had lunch at a restaurant with a great view. We checked out a chocolate place where I got to taste different chocolates. Since it was just me and her, it felt like I was hanging out with a friend. She made the whole day very memorable. Overall a wonderful experience.
