Gustavo was an excellent host and guide. He made it a point to make us feel comfortable, confident, and took the time to tailor the experience to our needs. He treated us to a wonderful lunch with cheeses, chocolates, nuts, and a delicious Chilean wine. A must do while traveling in Chile.

Highly recommend. Had a great time with our guide Joaquin who ride with us for the afternoon through stunning scenery overlooking the city of Santiago . Finished our horse ride with local wine and cheese. Joaquin also was very informative with the flora and fauna. Fantastic afternoon.

Really nice experience with Ecordua and Joaquin. We were picked up at our hotel and during the drive to the ranch Joaquin tools us a lot about Santiago. Yes ride was very smooth even though we didn't have any previous experience riding. The landscape is very beautiful and the tour ends with some wine and snacks in a really peaceful scenery. We loved it and it was totally worth it!

The horseback riding was the highlight of our trip. The guide was wonderful, the horses were well trained for the mountains, and the views were amazing.

Joaquin has an awesome personality, strong English skills and was able to adapt his tour plans based upon the days weather forecast and it turned out amazing. The cable car was not working but he adapted and we took the Funicular up to top of San Cristobal Hill and the views were A+. Very happy with his tour skills and transportation around the Santiago sites!

Five star experience from beginning to end. Joaquin and team provided me all the information I needed to a day prior to my scheduled excursion. He arrived on time with a very welcoming and pleasant attitude. What I loved most is he gave me information and history about the city that I didn’t know. We booked THE PRIVATE TOUR which gave us private pickup and more time to talk. Once there things moved quickly but was provided all the information we needed to ensure a safe horseback ride. He wanted to be sure we spent most time riding through the Andes. During the experience he constantly gave us tips to ensure safety and enjoyment. What an amazing experience! Joaquin was such a pleasure! Her was punctual with picking us up from our hotel, a safe driver to the location, the instructions for riding the horse was thorough and easy to understand, he had an assistant for our private tour which was helpful, he took our pictures in prime locations during the tour, and the location was spectacular - the views were breathtaking, lastly he had a nice bottle of wine and charcuterie for us at the end of the tour. I will be using him for other tours when I return. Kudos on a job well done!
