Charles Hallifax and Experience Chile were extremely helpful, easy to work with, flexible, and efficient. Instead of my spending a couple of months researching and putting together a month-long trip with multiple destinations for hiking, Charles took over and worked with me, making the planning seamless and enjoyable. He listens well, communicates clearly and promptly by email and Whatsapp, has patience and a good sense of humor. We absolutely will use him again when traveling to areas that he covers. Stopped here on our way back to Santiago from Valpariso. Christopher gave a wonderful tour of the vineyard and was very knowledgeable on the process of the winemaking. He had a nice approach to the tasting, asking us what we smelled and tasted and giving what others have said in the past. Really appreciated this because we all have different foods and smells that we're familiar with. My husband and I usually aren't white wine people, but we found that we liked the Chardonnay the best of all of the wines at the tasting - nice buttery finish. Fascinating learning all the different aspects that go into making this vineyard organic and sustainable. Highly recommend!

My wife and I loved this place and Jorge, our driver was the best. First class transportation and when it comes to the lunch it was amazing. When I booked the tour, the communication with Miguel was great. We went first to Bodegas del Bosque, have the tour and then lunch. For us, that was enough, so decided not to attend the other bodegas.

Impressive grounds with beautiful flowers and fountains. Maria was a fantastic tour guide. Simple wine tasting. Wish they would have brought out the more fancy wines. The gift store was nice, with a lot of options. I felt it was a little overpriced for a wine opener and 2 things of chocolate was around 30 usd. We had fantastic weather and it was nice walking through the winery.

My husband and I booked this tour before we left for our trip. We weren't sure what to expect. It was so much better than either of us imagined. Our driver and guide picked us up at our hotel near the airport. They even went out of their way to find a pharmacy where I could get some cold medicine (I had caught a cold on a previous part of our trip). Vina Villard is a lovely organic winery in the Casablanca Valley. We had a wine tasting, followed by a delicious lunch. The wines are organic. The signature wine, a syrah, is a delight! The staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, and friendly. They explained why their area is considered a cold climate, what grapes grow best in the area among other things. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon in Chile. Enough so that we know we have to return and see more of the Casablanca Valley and the surrounding area.

Last week I went to Chile to visit some family members. I always wanted to take a tour of the vineyards there so this was the perfect moment to do it. During my search I found Chile Experience and I booked my tour through them. The experience was incredible! Best that I could ever imagine. The winery was beautiful, the wine delicious and the organization impecable. Miguel was really nice and he was on top of every detail. He is very professional, responsive and friendly as well. Chile Experience is the way to go and I would highly recommend them
