Booked a tour and did not show up. Their number provided was disconnected, and led to a bot on WhatsApp. Be careful, and go for a better tour option.

They never showed up. Communication is poor and unprofessional. They do not have the minimum skills for managing a tour company. Please don’t fall for the cheapest option with nice pictures.

I have toured many vineyards in many countries and this one ranks amongst the best. Especially enjoyed tasting the many grape varieties. Had a beautiful glass to takeaway at the end. I bought a wine bottle fridge magnet which had a corkscrew concealed in the back. If only ai had put it in my hold luggage. As it was I lost it at airport security. Lovely gift shop. Remember to put corkscrews in your hold luggage

No showed our booking on Christmas Day. We booked a trip to the hot springs and had confirmation, pre paid, been sent tickets for entry etc and leading up to the event no one reached out about our pick up or meeting location. We messaged through the app as well as the two contacts listed on the booking via WhatsApp (who read our messages, but did not respond.) Very little was open cmas without having a booking well in advance so this was hugely disappointing. We requested a full refund but this does not get this experience in Chile on Cmas day back for us.

Our driver never came to pick us up. Which we had seen reviews of… But we asked when booking for an explanation for the negative reviews and they assured us it was just a few instances!

It was a excellent day from start to finish very professional outfit. I had a wonderfull day and would highly recommend.

Very poor communication and service from this totally incapable tourist company. Do not use this company. Still awaiting full refund.

Was looking forward to it but never happened because we were never called and they showed up- though we tried to contact them - very disappointing for our last day.

Booked this excursion for our last night in Santiago… never got confirmation of our pickup time & were unable to reach the provider (the telephone number we were given was out of service) & even Viator could not reach them… too late to book something else… a sad ending to an otherwise wonderful trip to Santiago…

No one showed up to pick us up for the tour. This is in reference to the wine tour. The local number did not answer after multiple calls. I called the Viator number and they ultimately offered a refund, waiting on it to come through. I booked far in advance and it was a holiday weekend but sketch for sure that no one showed and no communication after multiple attempts at calling and messaging on the app.

Tour guide never picked me up, end of story. Their excuse was very lame. They said they saw my name for the following day. Very bad experience

Amazing! Sebastian showed us a wonderful time. The scenery was amazing and we made a few stops that weren’t even listed! Great surprise! We recommend taking your own towels and a change of clothes.

Although the day trip was paid for and confirmed I’ve got no information about the pick up time. Tried to contact the provider several times by text and phone and had no answer. As it was the only day I had to sightseeing in Chile my day was totally ruined, as too late to find another provider. Unprofessional and unreliable. I am wondering if it is a scam. I have asked for a refund and I am waiting for it.

Incredible experience thanks to Ignacio. Best way to wrap up my time in Santiago. Early morning pickup with great communication, breathtaking views, unbeatable hospitaility. I loved every second of this tour - and I enjoyed that it was small. Ignacio carefully planned this entire day down to the smallest details. The afternoon BBQ was the cherry on top - the man knows his way around a charcoal grill.

Good tour, but most of the part in Portuguese only... difficult to follow... However bothe the driver Augustin and the guide Mattheus are very good guys.
