We went in family and even in the cold and with two children the Guide Alfredo was very attentive and patient. The q is not very common among Chilians. The vineyard is beautiful even in the winter with its dry and leafless grapes. But we will definitely return in the summer or in the harvest season

Very enriching tours. The agency's staff picked us up on time and at the winery we enjoyed every second, from explaining each stage of production to the tasting. Tours with Chile Enjoy are guaranteed to be organized and peaceful. We didn't have anything outside of what was agreed in our itinerary. We also took a trip with them to Vale Nevado and Farellones, I recommend it! Super safe cars, attentive and organized people from Chile Enjoy!

We attended this tour as part of a post-cruise excursion. Eduardo did a really nice job explaining the history and operation of this near 120-year old winery. The tasting was excellent and the real surprise was the museum of indigenous people and antique carriages … a really nice feature that shows this company cares about more than commercial success.

Beautiful place. Although they also charge full price for children, they deliver a glass of juice and invite the child to enjoy the experience of walking through the winery.
They explain everything, interact, don't rush, Mário is sensational, a jewel for the winery for sure, we learned a lot from him and he made the tour very light and fun.

The winery is beautiful and the tour is great, we see several parts of the property. Our guide was Dudu, he is very friendly and told us the entire history of the winery and various interesting facts. There is a museum that tells the story of the local indigenous people, which is very cool and a complete wine store with great prices.

I was in Santiago in July 2023 and booked some tours through Chilenjoy. I confess that I was insecure because everything was done before the trip, in Brazil, however, I was positively surprised.
All tours, plus the transfer in/out of the airport, were carried out as planned and within the time I requested. I was very satisfied with the service provided and I recommend it. I was attended to by Marcelo who answered all my doubts (even the silliest ones lol) with great friendliness. You can trust them....

We really enjoyed our tour & tasting with Fernanda (sorry if misspelled) at the Underraga Winery. We learned a lot and Fernanda is a very good tour guide. We appreciated her fine English as our Spanish is not sufficient for detailed presentations. It was enjoyable to walk through some of the vineyards and then through some of the production facility. The history of this vineyard is also very interesting. Very nice and extensive gift shop too.

We indicate much the walk. Besides being close to the capital Santiago the winemaking is a grace and our group went with the Guide Alfredo, who was excellent from beginning to end, super attentive, cheerful and fun, besides giving the explanations and has a great Portuguese! It was super worth it!
