Total lack of profissionalism from the operator Soul travel Chile.
We bought a Concha Y Toro vineyard tour package from soul travel chile. We were supposed to be picked up at our hotel. This tour operator never showed up. They´ve claimed that they were never informed about our visit to the Concha Y Toro vineyard by trip advisor. They left us out in the cold, they didn't try to fix the situation or take any responsibility for it. They did offer us an alternative time but we couldn't make it due to other appointments. We don't care about the money, we do care about the lack of respect shown to us. Horrible tour operator.

This tour was our way to avoid the protests in Santiago. The coast was beautiful and the home of Pablo Neruda at Isla Negra a delightful little museum with guided narration in your language of choice. Pomaire is nothing to write home about, and the lunch was mediocre. Overall, I cannot say I found any good local crafts to purchase. Skip it if you want to.
