I was in Santiago for a couple of days and decided to do this tour and try Lokafy for the first time; it was also my first ever time in South America. I did this tour with Caroline. She is a lovely guide who was very knowledgeable about Santiago and Chile in general. The day before the tour we discussed how I envisioned the day and what interests I have. We met the following day and did lots of walking with the occasional stops for a drink, trying a local food and visiting the Sky Costanera. In short, she took great care of me and made sure I would have a memorable and safe day.
I strongly recommend this type of tour to anyone who is looking for a more personal approach. It is easy and somewhat advisable to give the tour guide input to work with, so that the tour can be shaped to your personal interests.

Interesting city tour in downtown. The guide was on time, we found each other and were able to talk without any problems. We got and saw everything we needed for a first overview of the city. The tour can be highly recommended.
