Highlights
    What to Expect
Receive a morning pickup from your accommodations in Santiago aboard a minivan with space for up to seven passengers. You’ll drive for 68 miles (110 kilometers) to reach Cajon de Maipo, where you’ll stop to enjoy the scenery and learn more about Chilean culture, customs, and history from your guide.
Continue from Cajon de Maipo to Colina Hot Springs, situated amidst the foothills of the famous Andes Mountain range. You’ll take a short walk across uneven terrain to arrive at these thermal hot springs. Relax and rejuvenate as you soak your aches and pains away in the hot water, marveling at the alpine landscape and breathing in the brisk mountain air.
To help complement your soak, your guide will then prepare an al fresco picnic lunch. Snack on bread, traditional Chilean sausage, and “pebre” (Chilean salsa), all accompanied by wine. As you eat, your guide will share more insights into the Cajon de Maipo area and Chilean culture. After lunch, you’ll return by minivan to your accommodations in Santiago.

Spectacular trip into the Andes, our guide was very proficient, the Hot Pools are very basic with the change/toilet facilities being rebuilt. The refreshments with Chilean wine and fruits was very good.
