It was a great tour, the guide was excellent, and the places were amazing. I loved visiting Valle Nevado and Farellones.

It was a great experience, Mario was very knowledgeable and kept the whole trip on time to make sure we got to the different locations on schedule.

The tour of Valparaiso and Vin del Mar is a good value. Gonzalo, our guide, was more than excellent due to the attention he provided for each language (English and Spanish) groups. He was very attentive and had very good situation awareness of each tour person’s needs and concerns. Gonzalo made our journey awesome!

Our guide Valentina was great. She was knowledgeable and provided great commentary. We got plenty of time at each stop, with some nice surprises along the way. Definitely a great way to see Casablanca and Valparaiso!

Diego the tour guide was very knowledgeable, took us to the key places First stop for breakfast was very touristy Remaind me Pindor wineries from back home Overall your was good considering the budget.

The tour guide (Gonzalo) was pretty nice, had great stories to share, and I loved the music to guide the group. My only comment regarding things to improve: when we have a large group, everyone would benefit of having a meeting point to leave/return in the city, so we wouldn’t spend much time in traffic across the city - in my personal case, it was almost 3h of pick-up/drop-off.

Car was MUCH too small for 4 people - also not all that clean. Otherwise guide was pleasant but did not inform as much about history of Chile/Santiago as we expected.

We had the best guide Gonza and the best driver. Gonza with his energy and stories turned the tour into a magical day. We visited beautiful places and had great food Highly recommended. For the company to consider: please consider changing the breakfast location. That was a poor destination.

I strongly recommend reaching out to the company before making a reservation to confirm the accessibility of attractions. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a lack of communication. The night before the tour, we were informed of a road closure to the hot springs due to a recent landslide. Surprisingly, we later discovered that this road had been inaccessible for several weeks. The company presented us with two options: reschedule or proceed with the tour without the hot springs. There was no possibility of a refund, as this information was only provided within the 24-hour no-cancellation window. They argued that the road closure was beyond their control, but we were disappointed that even the hot springs' entrance fee wasn't reimbursed. In addition to this, there were other issues with the tour: 1. The pick-up time was unexpectedly changed to 5:20 am. 2. The lunch stop was at a remote restaurant with no other dining options, and it cost $17,000 CLP per person. 3. Despite being advertised as having both a driver and a guide, we only had a driver, essentially making it more of a taxi service than a guided tour. Overall, if you have a penchant for spending 8 out of the 11 hours cramped inside a van, then this tour might be suitable for you.

MTO cancelled our tour 5pm the night before the tour. They took two full weeks to refund our money despite multiple WhatsApp and email messages. I had to dispute the credit card transaction in the end.

I really enjoyed our tour guide, he was extremely nice and the best part! While the outing was fast as some reviewers mentioned, I liked the swift nature and felt like I got to see and learn enough, and take pics like I wanted. What I did not like was the confusing communication from the tour company itself. They gave us inaccurate info about the pick-up, were late getting us, made us contact like 3-4 different numbers for simple information and the worst part - the group was 32 people and NOT at max 16 like it was listed on the website. I feel this was false advertising and not really fair. We had already booked it and were prepared to leave, so it’s not like we were going to back out on the same day. The tour provider should be held accountable for this however.
