About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- deniseA8392EE0 contributionsBelow the averageI had high expectations for this tour but was left disappointed. First, I was under the impression that it would be a small group with commentary in a single language (English). However, that wasn’t the case, which made the experience less engaging. More importantly, the so-called “wine tasting” was an absolute disaster. Instead of a proper vineyard or tasting venue, we were taken to what can only be described as a gas station-like stop on the side of the road. It was so uninspiring that I didn’t even bother trying the wine. Instead, I opted for a bottle of water which I paid for. I considered getting a doughnut, only to be told it would cost $5—for a single doughnut! That was an outrageous rip-off. Shame on the company for choosing such an unappealing and overpriced stop. This decision reflected a lack of care for the customers’ experience and came across as a blatant money-grab.Written December 11, 2024

- Pioneer6017230 contributionsThe description of this tour is misleading! This was a tour in English but the guide spoke very little English (the first time he guided in English) and he did not explain much. Furthermore, the description of this tour is misleading! We made the first 2 stops, but not the "Stop at: Tunel Ferroviario del Tinoco" and not the "Stop at: Plaza de Armas" in San José de Maipo. Instead we stopped for lunch paid extra by participants (not mentioned in the tour description), then we stopped at "the chocolate house" (a real tourist trap! and not mentioned in the description) and thereafter we stopped for the "picknick" (=snacks) with wine, but not at the lake as pictured. I don't know if we did the "Pass by: Villa La Obra, San Jose De Maipo, El Canelo, Avenida el Manzano, Las Vertientes, San Alfonso, San Gabriel and El Melocotón" because the guide spoke very little English and did not explain much. So, it was disappointing that the tour was not true to it's description. If I knew I would have choosen another tour.Written December 8, 2024

- Adam S0 contributionsExcellent Driver ServiceExcellent driver service. Juan Carlos picked me up and kept in touch with me on WhatsApp providing me real time arrival information and easy to follow instructions. Even better, he also picked me up at my hotel for the return trip to the airport and went so far as to help guide me through initial check in while the airport was very busy. He could not have been more helpful. Definitely recommend this service to and from the airport for added piece of mind.Written December 2, 2024
- J7261YAdeborahs0 contributionsFun Dayit was a large larger group than expected, 31 people, I consider small group being 10 or less. The guide was excellent and kept everyone gathered, but was such a large group at at times it was difficult to hear him well. not so sure. The wine is at the beginning, so 9 am, a tourist trap stop, no snacks. The walking tour part was a lot of fun and interesting. If anyone has difficulty walking, not a good choice as it is very hilly. but all downhill on uneven walkways.Written November 30, 2024

- I3880DYjuliah0 contributionsAmazing Day Trip from Santiago to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar!I recently took a day tour from Santiago to Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The tour was well-organized to ensure a smooth and enjoyable day. The van we traveled in was very comfortable, making the journey relaxing and pleasant. Our guide and driver were absolutely wonderful—both so friendly, helpful, and professional. The guide shared tons of fascinating information about the history, culture, and unique aspects of each stop, adding so much depth to the experience. Each stop allowed plenty of time to explore and soak in the beauty and charm of both Valparaíso’s colorful streets and Viña del Mar’s stunning coastal scenery. I never felt rushed, which made the day feel perfectly balanced. One of the highlights for me was the lunch stop. The restaurant the tour selected served the best fish I’ve ever had! It was fresh, perfectly cooked, and a real treat—such a memorable part of the trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Santiago. It’s a fantastic way to see two beautiful cities in a single day. You won’t regret it!Written November 29, 2024
- 789ScottE0 contributionsNot a wine tourOur tour guide Jhodad was very good and the driver Dave was really amazing. We loved the time in Valparaiso, a very cool and interesting place, but found the wine tasting part of the tour a total waste of time. There was nothing good about that portion of the tour experience, which was no fault of the tour operators. In some of the most outstanding white wine country in the world , it was a total disappointment. A better idea would have been to completely skip the first stop and to go to an actual vineyard for a proper wine tasting on the way back. It would have helped to break up the drive and also to give people a chance to discover and experience the amazing white wine region of Chile that we were driving through.Written November 27, 2024
- natalie c0 contributionsWe had a lovely trip with an amazing guide until lunch. We had a lovely trip with an excellent guide until lunch where we decided to follow the recommendation of Cingui restaurant in Renaca. The food was way below par compared to all the other places we have been and VERY expensive for what we got. The potatoes and chips had clearly been pre cooked then frozen, they were terrible. A 'traditional ' salad, literally consisted of half a chopped raw onion and a sliced half a tomato with 3, yes 3 tiny pieces of cilantro. The tiger milk dressing was delicious to their credit. a very, very small glass of wine was over $10.00(AUD) . A piece of tuna with chips (nothing else, no side salad), half portion of potato wedges with cheese sauce and 4 prawns and half a tomato and half an onion with 2 small glasses of wine cost a whopping $74 (AUD)! As we had already spent a few days in Santiago we knew what expect from the amazing Chilean restaurants, this was not one of them. Shame because otherwise it was a great trip.Written November 27, 2024
- marianne_doane0 contributionsA wonderful Day trip!It was a wonderful tour with a guide that spoke impeccable English. We were able to see so much in such a short time. His suggestion for lunch at a restaurant overlooking the beach was perfect. I highly recommend this tour:))))Written November 26, 2024

Luis and driver picked us up at the airport and dropped us at our hotel keeping our luggage in the car with the driver, which eliminated a lot of stress. In between we were taken to several sites in the city, stopping at some and driving past others. We visited a winery and enjoyed that very much. We missed out on two activities that were covered in our charge. The gondolas at Recoleta Cerritos San Cristobal were not working at the time we visited and we did not visit the Sky Costaneras which was disappointing. It might be impossible to do all those things. But Luis worked hard and was very informative with history and facts about the city. He was relatable and enjoyable.

Luis was a great tour guide. We had already done the Concho de Toro wine tasting so did not want to do that again, so Luis customized our tour! Instead we visited three cathedrals and the Supreme Court. It was perfect. We attended the installation of the Archbishop of Metropolitan Santiago. Then, at another church, attended a Christmas symphony. We visited the Santa Maria statute installed in 1904 via the cable cars. We toured the supreme court, which was very interesting to me as an attorney in USA. We had coffee/lunch at the market, then later an amazing dinner complete with Pisco Sours. It was simply an amazing tour!

We had a great day visiting interesting sites around Santiago. Our guide, Luis, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He shared interesting information about history and culture. The 3 course lunch which was included in the tour was very good. Our last stop was Concha y Toro. The wine tasting was done outdoors with awesome views of the vineyard and this magnificent property. Communications from the tour operator were timely and clear. We were picked up on time from our hotel. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a memorable experience.
