          Driver‘s behavour unacceptable
We did today the Cajon del Maipo full day tour today with the guide Alexis and the driver Cristian. We were picked up on time from the hotel and the tour went as planned until we visited the Blue Lagoon. Afterwards there was no picnic as mentioned in the tour programme but we were taken to a restaurant where we could have had lunch for 13'000 CLP. When we approached Alexis about this, the driver insulted us in the worst possible way. He probably thought we didn't understand Spanish. Alexis then quickly organised a pick-nick, which obviously didn't suit the driver at all. We were repeatedly insulted by him in Spanish on the way back. For me, a driver like that is unacceptable!

          Nice day out from santiago
I'd say this was an average tour, perfectly fine, no frills and no wow factor. Slightly over priced. Tour guide worked hard translating in different languages. Lunch recommendation was good but pricy. There was a starbucks there too as a back up! To improve I'd say talk more about what is going on around us when in the bus. For example when doing hotel pick ups we drove past a number of tourist sites would have been good to say what they were. Would have made it more interesting. The wine stop was a bit of a waste of time.... just a tourist trap which sells clothes and wine, I thought it was going to be a proper vineyard not just a shop. Majority of us waited out side for over half the allotted time. People were not all dropped back at their hotel... understand traffic is very bad in the centre of the city, but people looked a little lost leaving the bus and being told to walk a block. Company contact was good, bus on time. Having a company uniform might make you tour look more proffessional. Bus was comfortable with air con. (Craked windscreen bit worrying, otherwise good condition. Good driver so no problems there.

Cajon del Maipo e Embalse el Yeso
The beauty of the landscapes is impressive, the grandeur of the Andes mountain range stands out even in summer, when there is no snow. The warmth and friendliness of tour guide Alexis and driver Francisco were another highlight of our tour!

Views worth it but take your own picnic
It was worth going for the adventure up past ski hire places twisting up into the Andes. The guide was good with lots of information. The reservoir is fantastic the views huge and I had a wonderful swim. But the information about what was included foodwise was very misleading and most of the group got pretty cross at pitching up at a restaurant and being asked to pay USD 20 further for a basic meal.

          Colourful Valparaiso
The communication with valentina, the guide, was really smooth. Valentina was a brilliant guide with great local knowledge. She had just the right amount of friendliness with very clear directions and was very easy to understand. The walk around Valparaiso was the highlight of the tour and the suggestion for the lunch spot was brilliant. Jose was a very reliable driver. The backseat of the van was not designed for four adults: this was a very uncomfortable seat and the other three occupants also said that it was.

          Great post-cruise experience
Alexis did.a.very nice job hosting and guiding us, and Hernan did the same driving. Alexis has a great personality and made the trip from San Antonio to Santiago education and enjoyable. The tour of Underraga Vineyard was a real highlight, and Alexis also did a nice job of serving as an English interpreter during this primarily Spanish-speaking tour. The brief city tour of Santiago was helpful and.lunch at El Galeon was excellent, although it might have been helpful to swap the timing of these as everyone was pretty hungry by the time we got to Santiago and the city tour might have been more engaging after lunch. Alexis also provided some nice recommendations at the end of the tour, going so far as to remind us we have his phone number and not to hesitate contacting him by phone or WhatsApp if we needed anything during our stay. It was a really thoughtful touch and was entirely sincere. So, all-around this was a very positive experience and a really nice way to transition from our cruise to Santiago. Thanks, Alexis, and all the best to you!

          TERRIBLE TOUR/EXPERIENCE
We took a tour in Spanish, which I thought was going to be a good idea. Our tour guide, Andres, was the most TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL tour guide I have ever had, and I have done MANY tours. He made me feel like I was not a paying customer and even threatened to leave me at the place we were at and told me to find my way back to the city because he told me it was his car and his rules and he decided I was not getting in his car. YOU DO NOT THREATEN a paying customer...EVER! He told me he didn't care if I complained, he couldn't get fired. Also, we were all packed like sardines in a small vehicle, which was everyone's main complaint. He didn't care. I have been trying to contact the company, but no answer.

Driver refused to wait for us when picking up 40 minutes early. Friends said he was rude and rushed and the tour was too long

          Great day out from Santiago
Excellent driver/guide who was very knowledgeable and good fun. We were picked up bang on time as planned and were quickly on our way. Everything was explained very well and we had numerous interesting stops including a walking tour. We visited a very good restaurant for lunch. Everything was terrific and we had a very enjoyable day. Highly recommend and thank you Jaime our guide.

          Tour great, shuttle not
The wine tour itself was great, no problem. The one star is for the shuttle. Don't use the shuttle to/from the winery from your hotel. It was late, slow, and crowded. Just Uber and buy your ticket there at the winery.

This "tour" is a complete joke! We booked a 10:45 a.m. half-day tour, which is when we figured the tour actually begins. Haha! We were picked up at 8:30 a.m. (which was fine, we knew others would be picked up as well). We were rushed to the winery for a 10:30 a.m. tour and told we had to be back in the parking lot to return by 11:50 a.m. We didn't even get to finish the wine tasting portion of the tour!!

And as an extra bonus, the driver was completely unsafe. She was texting and talking on her phone more than she was watching the road. Don't go. Awful!!

We never got to take this tour. It was cancelled and we were not notified. We had to ask the provider the evening before we were scheduled to go only to find out it was cancelled. This is no way to run a business. We scheduled a tour to another vineyard last minute.

We ended up having a private tour for 2 in English. Tasted three good wines with healthy pours and the info session was about 1 hour which was interesting. Wine inside the shop is well priced with a huge selection. Nice half day trip especially when you don't have a lot of time. Our driver Wilie was excellent. On time, and good conversation.
