          Great experience in Maipo
Pablo was amazing, super friendly, warm and always attentive to our needs. We had a beautiful experience in the wineries in Maipo Valley.

          Good knowledge and well communicated
This tour gives you a good overview of Santiago and its history. Pick up was punctual and well communicated, Stephanie was very knowledgeable and good at answering questions. Only small down side was that there was a lady in our group who only spoke Spanish so we have to wait each time something was being translated - that was not ideal and I would recommend to do the tour only in one language to avoid wasting time.

          Fun times with fun people!
Such a fun experience! Pablo, our guide, was very knowledgeable and informative not only about Maipo but also Chile in general. His fun demeanor made the trip extra light hearted! Rodrigo was also a super safe driver and expertly navigated the whole trip. Highly recommend to any visitors to Santiago!

          Excellent half-day tour
Great half-day tour of Santiago! There was a nice variety of stops, it was perfectly paced, and Stephanie was so knowledgeable and patient. The included "snack" was delicious and huge, so you might not want to eat too much before this tour! So glad I had a chance to see these parts of Santiago.

Great way to see Valparaiso and get on your cruise ship in time for afternoon drink/tea
The best way to kill two birds with one stone, transfer to the ship from Santiago and see Valparaiso. Valparaiso is a must see city, even if it means cutting on your time in Santiago. The transfer tour was a little bit on the expensive site (or cheaper options were available), but if one can afford flight to Santiago and, especially, a cruise, the cost of the transfer should not be a problem. We had an excellent guide originally from Valparaiso and a good driver. I would recommend the transfer tour to anyone without hesitation.

Great winery experience as a solo traveler!
Our tour guide Ramses & driver Roberto were lovely! Super kind, a safe drive, and Ramses really gave us a lot of information about Santiago and Chile, in general. The wineries were awesome, especially the small winery we did first, La Quirinca. Highly recommend!

          Great lunch and lovely wineries.
Great way to end our time in Chile. Great vistas of the wine valley. Sebastien was a great host - personable, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun and jovial. We enjoyed visiting the wineries and particularly loved our lunch. The restaurant was excellent and the drinks were great.

Good wine tour with lengthy pickup process.
Good winery tour with a selection of different type of wineries. Quality of wines differed though. Great presentation at a very small winery. Wonderful lunch place. Biggest downside was the lengthy pickup and dropoff process, added 2.5 hours of "city tour".

Fast paced walking tour with humor!
A rating of 5/5 is earned for the performance given by our guide, Nacho. Entertaining and knowledgeable, he paced the tour well, with a leisurely lunch stop with a view, and photos downloaded post tour. Beware of physical limitations walking for long periods including flights of stairs. Nacho and Oscar, the driver, were a team.

          Excellent guide and driver
We had a fabulous day on the Maipo Valley wine tour. We visited 4 vineyards and had tastings at 3 of them and had lunch in another one. All the tours were very informative and interesting. The staff really know their trade. Maipo Valley is very beautiful and well worth a visit. Our guide, Eduardo aka Edu was excellent and gave us lots of information about Chile. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the vineyards and the wine we tasted. He is an absolutely fantastic guy and we loved spending the day with him. Also our driver Pascal was excellent and a very safe driver. He has excellent taste in music too. I would highly recommend this tour. You will not be disappointed.

          Bait & Switch
The tour was good but this company is very dishonest. The description clearly states on the main page not more than 12 people in a VAN. I emailed them 2 days before the tour to reconfirm our meeting point & was told again to meet them outside the cruise terminal & they would immediately escort us to our VAN for the tour. We were stuffed in a full-size bus with too large a group of 26. The ride from the winery to finally get to our hotel was awful. Everyone on the tour felt angry at how they had been duped into a giant tour with way too many drop-offs. THREE hours, stopping at the airport then SIX hotels before ours. By the time we arrived at our hotel after 7:00 p.m. we were angry & exhausted.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar.

Our guide Cristian communicated really well for the pick up, spoke great English and was a lot of fun.

On the outward journey there was a coffee stop with some delicious local pastries to try.

The seafood market was great to walk through and fun to see the sea lions.

Valparaíso was a beautiful town and the murals everywhere were amazing and vibrant. It was great doing the walk through the main areas with a guide so we didn't miss any of the highlights (and didn't have to walk up all the hills). We had a very tasty seafood lunch with lovely views.

We stopped at a winery on the return home and the tastings were delicious and very well priced with outstanding views and lots of llamas.

Our driver did a great job and we always felt safe.

Would highly recommend this day trip.

It was a great tour with amazing guide Nacho and safe driver Felipe!
Nacho created a What’s App group with all important information (weather forecast, pick up times, what to wear etc.) the evening before the tour. Pick up was smooth and the group size of 11 was perfect. We made several photo stops in Viña Del Mar and Valparaíso before enjoying the street art and architecture in Valparaíso by foot with just the right amount of background information, anecdotes and jokes. Nacho also recommended a lunch spot, that had both an amazing view and great food. The wine tasting on the way back to Santiago was a great end to the tour.
Highly recommend, if you want to make the most of your time and enjoy the flexibility and comfort of a small group. Many thanks to Nacho and Felipe!

Both Pablo and Roberto were fantastic. They showed tremendous professionalism while providing a humorous and enjoyable tour for a larger group. Pablo was able to explain all facets of the tour in an educational way. This tour is well worth the price and having Pablo and Roberto make it even more worthwhile especially with the amazing locations they shared with us for pictures.

We are usually independent travellers, but our walking tour guide recommended we take a tour to Valparaíso rather than do it solo. This tour came recommended by other travellers we met, so we decided to book it, despite it veing double the price of other tours. Our guide, Steve, truly made the tour- he was funny, charismatic, and knowledgeable. Our journey was safe and comfortable and it was nice not to worry about how we were getting to our destination.

However, we'd say if you are on the fence about doing a tour or going on your own- go on your own. We spent more time having lunch in Valparaíso than actually getting to see Valparaíso and our stop in Vina Del Mar was at a floral clock instead of the beach or town. All of this information/timing is clearly communicated in the tour itinerary, but we wanted to offer this perspective for anyone unsure about choosing a tour.

Took this tour with my sister. We both really enjoyed the day. Our tour guide Nacho and driver Juan Carlos were great. Nacho explained so much about Chile in general and everything about our stops. We got to meet one of the street artists, which was really cool. We tried 2 great wines at the vineyard, and ended up picking up a bottle of each for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this tour, especially if you only have a few days in Chile and want to explore outside of the city.

Our van was super comfortable and air conditioned. Oscar, the driver, was friendly and drove us safely to all destinations. Nacho, our guide, was professional, kind, punctual and knowledgeable. If you want a history lesson, get some beautiful views and two small samples of wine.. this tour is for you. Nacho was very accommodating for our group ranging from ages 22-60s. You will be walking long distances up and downhill so be prepared for that physical exertion. Also you pay to use the restrooms (usually 500 Chilean pesos) throughout the tour and lunch is on your own at your own expense.

The day was well spent thanks to our guide Pablo and cool driver Oscar, who seemed to be an experienced and unshakable driver. Pablo was fun, patient and very well organized- he prepared own recommendations and presentation on his iPad which was easy to understand in the mixed language group. He also switched in between languages swiftly which made it easy and quickly to
adapt for a listener. Pablo is positive and ready to help - thank you for borrowing personal hotspot and assisting with few photos.
The plan of the tour is quite compact and well designed including what’s the most interesting. I regret the schedule couldn’t be longer so that we could stay in Valparaiso longer to have more free time for individual photos with murals without rushing.
My suggestions to improve the experience:
        - please consider free WiFi in the bus
        - please consider more free time in Valparaiso
        - please consider not mixing groups adults with families with children- we had a very active minor girl who was all the time loud in the bus which didn’t help to rest in between sights and also was disturbing in reception what Pablo was explaining. I had to really focus all my attention to be able to understand him in that noise. The mother and family members didn’t even bother to temper the child and quiet her to adhere to rules while traveling in public transport - as it is commonly practiced worldwide. I raised this issue to Pablo immediately during the tour when I felt it was too much and unbearable but I know it’s not up to him, that’s why I hope the management would consider either to dedicate separate tours for families with children only on selected days of week or decrease prices for all other participants who need to suffer and travel in permanent noise for all 10h of the tour as a compensation for inconvenience. We come here for holiday to rest and some of us have stressful jobs in which we need to deal with many issues at same time so hearing a loud and disturbing child who goes on and on like a broken loudhailer is last thing I could dream of. As I understand it’s a business for you but not everything is about money and nowadays the customer experience matters more. For punishing us with noisy and disturbing environment in the bus I remove stars in this review as it didn’t help to relax and rest.

We understand your bad self as I personally enjoy the silence. We don't consider being children to be the reason for the disturbance because we have had more bad experiences with adults than with children. The best behaved have always been pets hehehe. There's no way to select types of people. But we feel her discomfort and hope one day to have her back in some service with us and that she has complete satisfaction. What we can suggest is that parents be aware that if their children are very active and choose some private tour alternative since the responsibility of behaving in human groups is each person's. Thank you for your review.

We had an amazing full-day tour exploring Valparaíso, Viña del Mar, and a winery! Our guide, Cristian, was fantastic—funny, helpful, and full of knowledge. His passion for history shone through in his detailed and engaging lessons, and his dancing and singing brought a fun, lighthearted energy to the day. Our driver, Matias, was excellent—skilled and cautious, making us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip.

The itinerary was well-planned, with each stop offering something unique to see and experience. It’s a great way to maximize your time if you're visiting Santiago and want to explore beyond the city. The only reason I didn’t give it a full five stars is that a bit more time at some stops would have been nice. Overall, highly recommend this tour for a day full of fun, learning, and beautiful sights!

We were picked up at our hotel. Our exact pickup time was communicated the evening prior and pickup was prompt. Miguel was our tour guide and friend for the day. Miguel’s infectious smile and positive mindset set the tone for the day. He is incredibly knowledgeable about Chilean history and culture. His knowledge and background regarding his hometown of Valpraiso is exceptional. He highlighted the murals with an explanation of the artist, making our experience more interesting. Miguel managed our group incredibly well. My group was 10 people, joined by two different couples and a single person, 15 in total. We had the perfect blend of group time as well as time to eat and explore on our own. Having Miguel as our tour guide elevated our Valpraiso experience. Highly recommend everyone to take this tour.

The tour guide Christian, was enthusiastic about showing the tour group his city and had a great deal of interesting facts to share on the area and of Chile in general whilst we were driving from Santiago. The city itself is an eclectic town with many historical buildings and a great outlook on the Pacific Ocean. We also had a delicious and well priced lunch, Christian gave us a lot of flexibility over lunch time and recommended a number of places from which we could choose where to eat. The winery was also a great spot on the way back to Santiago. The only thing I would mention that the climate is very different to Santiago so would recommend taking a jacket as it was quite cool on the coast.
