I needed a transfer service to go from La Araucania airport to Coñaripe and back. In general, it's not easy to make arrangers from outside Chile to go to that area, but Survip team made the experience so easy. They were very responsive. They really help you plan based on what the know about the transit situation in the area to make sure your trip is enjoyable and stress free. I paid everything online with no problems. They were very accommodating when I needed to make changes in the location they had to pick me up (there was no address, just some random reference to how the the house was I they managed to find me on time!).
