Great Tour Guide, picturesque locations and interesting history. Tour guide was too detailed and was a little inconsiderate about age group as we had lots of older people on the tour. I think that should be considered next time so that older people don’t end up being exhausted. JFYI: if you have valuables please be very cautious so you don’t end up forgetting them because they wouldn’t make any effort to assist you in getting it back. You practically have to accept the fact that you have lost whatever thing it might be for good. That was bad. I highly recommend. Paul was great!

It was my second time. But this time. God !! My God!! it was monday 19th aug it was so damn crowded. hot. wait times around 2 hrs. express pass cost a fortune. I mean its just to expensive . They want to rip off the tourist like anythin. some rides are not even worth waitin for 10 min also. for e.g the treasure hunt ride for kids. even the kids were not happy. we waited for around 40 min and it was so boring and no thrill. i mean you could make it more interesting. 2 rides were shut due to technical issues. the 2 main roller coaster. they should inform us prior at the ticket counter. this was very misleading. or else refund some amount back to us. Around 4.30 they open one of them and its a 200 min wait time. Its so annoyin. the food, transport everythin so expensive and then we have to wait for hours for each ride. its not acceptable that some rides are not workin and u charge a fortune. We loved the mummy ride the best.

The most frustrating thing about our day here was waiting in long queues (minimum 1 hour) to see carriages leaving half full. Especially when queuing in the single riders queue! It’s as if you weren’t allowed to ride together regardless. We knew it wouldn’t meet the same expectations as Florida but if you’re ok with this and have nothing better to, then it’s worth a visit!

It was really nice, complete and interesting experience. I strongly recommend it! A complete overview of Singapore and the most interesting parts for visiting.

The tour was very informative with lots of great information of what we were looking at and driving by. It gave me a good layout of the city so I knew where I wanted to visit again.

What a nice country so clean. Each day a discovery of nice places, people. Hot température but lot of shops, restaurants to find fresh air what à pleasure my favorite ; The Merlion and you ?

This tour is a good introduction to the city, especially if you're visiting Singapore for the first time. It will allow you to get around the city much faster The tour includes the main places of interest and our guide, Paul, was very knowledgeable of the history of the city. Plenty of time to take great pictures as well. I would recommend this tour for first time visitors at the start of their trip to Singapore.

Marie was an excellent tour guide. So friendly and helpful. Driver wasn’t very good staying the lane driving and up and down the whole way on the accelerator. The one back was also the same. Both distracted with their phones & looking around. The breakfast wasn’t that good but the experience with the animals was worth every cent. We had some extra animal come to breakfast. Orangutans, Macaws, Owl, penguins and an iguana. You cannot touch the animals except the iguanas side of the body. Great photo opportunities. The zoo itself was not as good as it was 30 years ago. There seems to be a lot of staff walking around not doing much. It would help if there was staff on each exhibition. I remember there was a recording or someone there talking about the Komono Dragons last time but this time nothing on any of them. It’s all about reading the signs. So it wasn’t a good experience because it was not educational. There was not one drink machine or shop that had sparkling water or normal water TBH, only soft drink and a few other choices! Most of the cafes and stops were only opening at midday. The gift shop prices were quite reasonable. Over all interactions with the zoo was the best part and the rest was below average. I was very disappointed as I had raved about it to my family.

We visited interesting places and had time to walk around. Our guide gave us a very good commentary with interesting facts, to have a better feeling for this country and culture. The tour was well organised and the tour guide was friendly and informative. Thank you. Highly recommend this tour.

It was a great tour- we visited many of the city’s districts like Chinatown , little India , civic town . Also covered the temple , Merlion park and orchid garden. Ian is a great guide - informative and with a good sense of humor. He was talking to all the guests and answering their queries . Overall an excellent trip. My 12 year old daughter loved it as well Also I booked tickets last night. Got the tickets on my mail. Though my hotel was not in the list , I had put in the hotel name. However was not sure if we would be picked up from the hotel. I sent a message to their customer care name and though it was beyond office hours I got a response. It would also help if along with the ticket the pickup is mentioned. thanks for a great trip !!

The experience felt rushed and the volume of people made it difficult to keep track of our guide. Expectations were not met in terms of what was sold to us. Very disappointed.

It's an average attraction but not too bad..... The animals were not seen properly from the tram. Though concept was fascinating, the execution was not that great. The waiting period was quite long, it's better to walk as you can explore it better and can have an adventure. There is also a stage show of nocturnal animals within the same tickets which was very good.

The tour guide was absolutely terrible. All he basically told us is that sometimes the Otangutans don’t come out. That once it happened 3 times in one week and we should complain if they didn’t show. In his exact words “it’s stupid.” He had a long drive to the zoo but that is all the info he gave - no history, no animal info, nothing. I’ve traveled all over and this was undoubtedly the worst tour guide I ever had. On the return trip he was chatting up a single lady from Australia the entire way back and from her responses you could tell she was being polite but wanted to be left alone but he couldn’t take a hint. Breakfast at the zoo was terrible. I expected it to be bad, but it was worse even than my low expectations. There are a few photo ops with small animals during the breakfast, then they try to get you to pay S$65 for 2 photos. There is also not enough time with this excursion to see much of the zoo. After breakfast we had time to see the Sea Lion show and that was about it. My recommendation based on this experience, just enjoy breakfast at your hotel, take aGrab to the zoo and enjoy it at your own speed.

I have travelled over SE Asia for the last month, dealt with many agencies including accommodation booking agencies, tour booking agencies,airlines and taxi companies, All have had no trouble and, in fact have inundated us with directions, pick up instructions and assistance. But not with this tour! We scanned the code, provided the agency(viator) with all of the same information as with others…..email, phone number, name and the hotel at which we were staying. Received back two messages…….the first saying that our booking was under way, the second with a booking voucher. No further communication! We were not advised that the tour could not pick up from our hotel, nor were we advised where we could , in fact, be picked up or what alternate arrangements could be made. The assumption was, therefore, since no response was received, that we would be picked up from our hotel as indicated in the voucher/email. We waited, but no pick up arrived. ‘Customer (couldn’t/wouldnt/doesnt) Care’ , following a request, simply said without explanation or justification, that a refund was not available. If this company was not going to utilise the information provided for the purposes of ensuring that all information was provided so that they can participate in the your why did they bother asking?…….its an invasion of privacy under false pretences…..those being that they were going to provide a service….which they didn’t.! I hope aviator rot in hell!

We recommend the Singapore morning tour. The tour guide Paul was very knowledgeable and we throughly enjoyed the tour even in the rain
