Provision of wheelchair facility was poor had to wait for hours together Many senior citizens were made to walk Singapore airlines lack that care for senior citizens Everytime while transiting we had to face this problem Bombay airport has wheelchairs 15to 20 lined up at the door of the plane and staff is caring for senior citizens

This is horrible operator in Singapore. I book car rental for 4 hours. But unfortunately there was airlines schedule change, so I inform them to revised picked up time 2 hours later. But Henry the owner, pretend not to read my text. Then, in the morning he told guest that driver already left because guest not show up. He never gave the correct driver number, the driver number he gave to us cannot be contacted : whatsapp, SMS, telephone. And i search/googling, i found many similar cases. He dont want to give us service, but take our money. I warn to other guest not to use this company, there still are many good transport companies in Singapore. Owner Zenith is Henry

Worst experienced you can ever imagine. Booking made, payment made, and never receive any information from Henry, the director. There's no driver, no service, nothing. Texted & called Henry, left messages for days but he just ignores it. If he's busy, someone else needs to handle the booking. Luckily I found someone else in time otherwise my guest had to take a taxi. Asked for a refund but nothing coming up also. I gave him 24 hours to think and at least apologize to me before I post this review but Henry never answers, too. He really ignores his clients with a very bad attitude. Well, it can't be worse. If you plan to use his service, think twice.

Singapore airport is amazingly beautiful. See some of the pictures I took during our stopover there. They also organize free city tour with a trained and experienced tour guide. She didn’t even ask for a tip! You get free access to the city bus tour. The city is stunning! Things are a bit pricy but worth it.
