It was amazing exp of cloud forest and super tree beautifully design , the way everything is designed from diff birds and monkey statue it is incredible .singapore you are so excellent

Our tour guide was Loy. He provided a history of Singapore during our ride to the Singapore Flyer, Supertrees Gardens by the Bay and River Cruise. Scenery was fantastic and we took many spectacular photos. A highly recommended tour!

This was on our to-do list but, because the weather was wet, windy and very cloudy, we didn't bother. The ¢23 admission charge didn't seem worth the risk of poor views. Friends locally recommended either booking a table in the SPAGO bar (with a minimum ¢30pp spend) or trying the cocktail bar at the top of the Swissotel. I guess from that building you'd get a view OF MBS and the bay.

Unfortunately my husband was unwell so Doris the guide and I were on our own for this trip. Doris was good company, engaging and knowledgeable. We had a lovely evening. I had been concerned about the boat trip as I suffer from motion sickness; however the ride was so comfortable and the river like a mill pond. The ride was a nice way to see Singapore and understand how it is laid out. The gardens were lovely and well worth a visit and the night light show entertaining. A very enjoyable evening.

Our private tour with Anna as our was amazing, she was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The only issue we had was the rain it rained cats and dogs, which limited most of our activities. One thing we did not get to do was to go to the sky tower at Marina Bay, which was closed for construction. Not sure why it was even booked considering it was closed. We were compensated with tickets to Singapore Flyer which was also closed due to heavy rain. The next day was just just too busy to include something else so we never used the tickets. I would recommend this tour however if it’s raining do not go.

Very disappointing. Not worth it for the money you pay. Little information was given and I saw very little. The guide was not very helpful.

What fantastic value for money, I paid $32 for total trips. Had a really good time to see all over Sentosa Well thought out well staffed and comfortable Congratulations and thanks again for good day out

Enjoyed the park but very busy lots of screaming children. A bit too overcrowded for me. Didn’t help that there was a storm so more people in the Cloud forest than outside

Loy and Thomas were very knowledgeable and accommodating. Tour was very informative and moved at perfect rate. Would def do it again. Saw a lot of main spots in Singapore !

Booking on the website was easy and good price for round trip, no queue. Very efficient to get in the cable car. I've used this website to book other activities where they provided English speaking guide and we have been very satisfied with the user friendly booking site and the ease to tour places.

Private transfer was excellent. I was kept informed and my transfer was waiting in departure, he was very friendly and polite and assisted with luggage.

Great place to visit and certainly a different experience. Great variety of animals to see that are not in cages but in large enclosures which seem really close to you. Enjoyed walking the paths at own pace - you see a lot more than on the bus.

Great tour, highlighting the historical and modern facts about Singapore. The tour was given from the comfort of an airconditioned Mercedes. The guide was a bit monotonous and repeated the same story multiple times.

Alex did a wonderful job driving us around, accommodating our needs. He explained thoroughly and was extremely friendly.

The worst Viator experience I have had having used them for years and been very happy with the service. This particular subcontractor did not bother to turn up! Contacted me on what’s app whilst I was in the air on my flight into Singapore at 2pm for 6pm tour ( I was doing in my layover transfer ) and when I got off at 16.30 and responded and rang 23 times he did not pick up and rang me at 20.30 to tell me he has work life balance and left the office when you did not hear from me whilst I was on the plane ….the arrogance, I am flying out back into the UK at 6am tomorrow so can’t rebook and this ruined the little time I had to do something whilst passing in Singapore … hugely disappointed and in addition he is disputing a refund, hoping Viator will honour given the circumstances …
