Vans were nice and drivers were friendly.
Communications about where to meet driver at Changi was poor.
Communication from driver for hotel pickup time was poor.
I will use Grab Luxury next time for much less money and much more convenience.

Driver was on time and meet us in the terminal as promised. He was very helpful and got us to our hotel with minimum fuss. Very happy with the service.

Is this ok to pickup us in Marina Bay Cruise Terminal, with 2 stops and final Changi Airport? We are 4 adults with 4 check in luggages and 2 hand carry.
