I was very impressed with our tour and Gee our guide was absolutely fantastic. He knew so much about everything in Singapore from its beginnings to its present. Thanks Gee for making it special.... he even helped us to find our way back to our accommodation.

We took the daytime hop on hop off, then did the night tour. All was great with the bus operators, only complaints was personal space, with people sick disregarding anyone around them (which happens anywhere) The night tour was very good, the bus overall was a great way to see Singapore, especially if you are really interested in what you're looking at... not just..'hey,that looks nice' We've all done guided tours, and we've all had that fantastic tour guide person... well, this was no exception, our guide... Elfie, which rhymes with Selfie. As he told us 10 times, was an excellent bonus for us to have him. If you can, try to hook up with him on a tour, you won't be disappointed.

Wonderful tour with “Roger the Dodger” as guide. He was easy to understand and offered much information that we would not have known or even thought about. Made the experience that much more interesting. Roger was very personable, making sure everyone was comfortable and gave clear directions. Time at Lau Pa Sat was slightly rushed but helped that we were able to get carry-out and finished eating later. Chicken satay was excellent. Captain was great to suggest side trip to Chinatown to see Festival of Lights.

I have been on Bus tours all around the world. The trip with Big Bus with the tour guide Peter and Driver Captain Steven was outstanding. I have had guided tours all over the world but the presentation delivered by Mr. Peter was well paced.

Pleasant way to discover the center of Singapore with some great photo opportunities and a variety of interesting activities.

Great tour with a very informative guide who also provided some humour with the tour. He knew his way around Singapore and made it easy for us to get around the stops along the way. He knew exactly the best viewing spot for the light show as well and dropped us off near our hotel at the end of the tour. Great Service.

Booked through TripAdvisor. We weren’t given much information other than a departure time… we arrived at the departure time and the bus had left without us. We were told we could get our own way to the food stop. Which we did. And hung around a busy hawker centre anxiously waiting/looking for the bus to arrive. We got 2 satays (which we thought was a dinner stop) so went and got our own food and almost missed the bus again for the food taking a while to be ready. We then went to the Garden lights show… 15min of cool lights…. And that was the tour over with. We basically paid full fare for 2 satays and a light show… and they wouldn’t refund or transfer the tickets to the next night. Not overly impressed.

Good trip, great commentaries by Guy Peter. Good bus driver Mr Foo. Light show amazing. Needed more time at the food market

The views were amazing. Light show fabulous. A must see. Unfortunately could not hear much commentary at the back seats. Guide was good but the bus driver was rude. I bought two bottles of water and he did not want to give me change out of $10. He eventually gave me my change after I challenged him. We were dropped off after the tour at a taxi rank with no taxis. It was hours before we made our way home. Most were dropped off near their hotels but ours was not along the route. Also made more difficult because we were a group of 6 and couldn’t fit in one cab.

Our Tour Guide named Elfie was very knowledgeable and I liked that he emphasized for everyone to be punctual. Will book again with this company. Recommend highly.

I booked the Big Bus night experience and it was wonderful. Roger and Captain Willy did a great job from the beginning to the end of the tour. Roger was informative, took our group to all of the best spots and told us some great history about Singapore at the different tour spots!! I highly recommend doing the night tour! I can’t say enough good things about this tour! Loved it so much!

Excellent service from booking and then needing to change our day. Knowledgeable fun interesting guide “Alfie” & safely driven by our driver. Well prepared with a rain poncho for the on off Singapore 🇸🇬 rain 🌧️ showers provided on boarding the bus. Good stop off points to see the top sights of the city and the Gardens by the Bay Night Show. Would highly recommend

I was about 5 minutes late because I got stuck in traffic and the bus left without me. So I had to take another taxi to go to the second stop. There was no true education on all the buildings and background of Singapore. They just took us to places and let us take pictures.

It was an unbelievable experience. Our guide Edna was fantastic and so was the captain( bus driver). Would highly recommend to other tourists. Went on Singapore National Day 9/8/24. Night tour.
