- syafiqfirdaus0 contributionsJewel Changi Airport: Where Nature Meets InnovationSingapore's Jewel Changi Airport is a dazzling masterpiece that seamlessly blends nature with modernity, offering travelers an unforgettable experience. Here's a simple review: Jewel Changi Airport is an architectural marvel and a testament to Singapore's commitment to innovation and sustainability. Its centerpiece, the Rain Vortex, is the world's tallest indoor waterfall, standing at a breathtaking height of 40 meters. The waterfall creates a mesmerizing spectacle, especially when illuminated at night. One of the highlights of Jewel is its lush indoor garden, the Shiseido Forest Valley, which features thousands of trees, plants, and winding walking trails. It provides a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport, allowing travelers to relax and rejuvenate before or after their flights. The array of retail outlets and dining options is another standout feature of Jewel. From luxury boutiques to local eateries, there's something to suit every taste and budget. Visitors can indulge in a shopping spree or savor delicious cuisine from around the world, making their layovers a delightful experience. For families with children, the Canopy Park offers a range of interactive attractions, including mazes, slides, and a bouncing net. It's a perfect spot for kids to burn off energy and have fun while waiting for their next flight. Overall, Jewel Changi Airport is more than just a transit hub—it's a destination in itself. Whether you're a frequent traveler or a first-time visitor to Singapore, a visit to Jewel is a must-do experience that will leave you in awe of its beauty and functionality.Written March 18, 2024
- TimBLeeds0 contributionsOver priced with little to seeA complete waste of money. Very little to see. No shows on during my visit. Place was virtually empty which doesn't surprise me at all. Saw very few birds. The only place where there were any people really was at the penguins. Went to the underwater exhibition and there was totally nothing to see except an empty tank with fake rock. Unbelievable entry price of $48 And then lunch was another $48. I wish I had gone to the zoo instead. The worst tourist attraction I have been to in a very long time.Written March 17, 2024

- Voyager479270730090 contributionsSave your money, it’s a disappointing budget experience…It’s a simple walk way with photo-opp sessions along the way which you have to wait in a queue for. The app didn’t work half the time and it’s a totally disappointing experience. It’s not worth $70+. I could set up a better experience in my backyard. There was one animatronic prop which was buckbeak. The rest of the props are just placed along the walk way with lame sound effects. This felt like a straight up scam. And the butter beer tasted like sugary sh!t3. There’s no interaction or use of creative tech to create a really interactive experience. I been to so many better experiences with better tech and interactive props. This was just a waste of money and time. I just paid for a very expensive cardio session. SAVE YOUR MONEY.Written March 11, 2024

- DonnaMTee0 contributionsLots of fun to be hadHad so much fun here. Sometimes you need to make the most of your situation. We had so much fun doing "silly poses - that others joined in". The first part is very traditional Asian, as is many of the personalities - which is fair enough as we are in an Asian country and that is exactly who it needs to cater for. BUT, there are plenty of the Hollywood movie stars along side the Bollywood ones, I would highly recommend a visit here. The boat ride is also worth it for a change of scenery.Written March 3, 2024
- DonnaMTee0 contributionsA must to find out about Sentosa IslandThis is a must. The best way to get around the island and find out all the information. It has a few stops and time to explore. There was only a couple of us on this tour, so we where very fortunate and obviously did it at our own pace. The guide was very helpful. We found out so much more that we would have doing this on our own.Written March 3, 2024

- 898carynm0 contributionsAmazing place!Amazing place and highly recommend. There are two domes and both worth visiting. The first is full of beautiful flowers and plants from around the world with lots of statues and artwork. The second dome has a huge waterfall with a walkway to the top. Outside there are lovely gardens which can be accessed for free.Written February 26, 2024
- X3660LVantoniod0 contributionsGreat but not perfectExcellent experience and a definite must do when in Singapore. Visited Flower Dome & Cloud Forest - both excellent especially flower dome that was decorated for Chinese New Year. Had tickets for OCBC Skyway but was closed on arrival for maintenance - big disappointment and ground staff not very helpful or sympathetic. Just told to claim back refund on website when returned to UK. No obvious way of doing so but have tried sending e-mail. Evening light show a bit disappointing/underwhelming but that is probably just me as everyone else seemed to enjoy. Hard to get good viewing point as most seated positions taken up more than an hour before start. Overall very worthwhile and pretty good value for money.Written February 25, 2024

Views that go on for miles and give an excellent appreciation for the density of Singapore. We bought tickets through Viator and saved a little money, but more importantly saved time waiting in line.

Long 1 hour, very hot queue, started queuing at 11.15am. Poorly organised.
Sent up wrong lift to floor 57. Lift was locked to that level, it was only for those with reservations at the restaurant. Though there was an easy gate to open to get to the observation area we were sent back to the lift and had to wait another 15 minutes to get to level 56. Then stopped by another lady thinking we hadn’t paid. A bad experience. View okay. Very similar to the view from the plane as we landed at Singapore airport.

OK so I booked our tickets to the Observation deck hoping to have a drink or two at the skybar but alas no, the sky bar at the observation desk was not accessible to us when we visited, so beware if you like us are/we're looking forward to having a drink (maybe some food) and take in the views, you maybe disappointed like myself.
If it's a walk around the top of the observation deck only then is it a great view to see the city from.

If you get the chance go for Sunset in the Sky, it may be a little more expensive than the ordinary trip to the observation deck but we found it worth every penny. We were looked after very well by Faith, Vyn , Huda and Adam . The views over Singapore were spectacular, we saw the sun go down and were then treated to two light shows, one in the Gardens in the bay, the other towards Clark Quay. Stunning. All this whilst enjoying champagne and chocolates

Not great value for money when, with limited shade, you can’t stay up there very long.
No water tap to refill bottles.
Advice? book table at Spargo, get drink and side - get shade, seat and water.

Incredible. Walking around gives you 360 degree panorama. Airport marine ports Gardens bay downtown skyline all visible though some obstruction toward the port from the infinity pool level. Is pretty busy as one of the Singapore highlights. Beautifully lit at night. Admission is at one end and you can walk through the whole lobby to see it or down the outside. They take you overpriced souvenir picture if you want it. Bar at the top for a beer More complete service not available if you go early

We arrived for our Sunset in the Sky experience on Friday 14th January 2024 after a day of very heavy rain in Singapore. Upon arrival, we were informed that, understandably, the experience had to be cancelled due to the weather conditions, and we would receive a full refund. What then transpired was the most magical and brilliant evening with the Marina Bay Sands engagement team. We ended up having so much fun and a better evening than we could ever have imagined!
Huda, Adam and Yanti from the engagement team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Being greeted by Huda was like a warm hug of sunshine. She has the most wonderful energy of anybody I've ever met and an amazing sense of humour - we were laughing and chatting immediately. Huda took us for a Sampan ride in the Marina Bay Sands complex, where we met lovely Adam. Adam was an absolute delight to talk to, and provided us with excellent information and facts about Singapore.
When we emerged from our Sampan ride, the weather had cleared up and we were able to head up to the observation deck. Huda and Adam stayed with us to view the Gardens by the Bay and the Spectra light shows. We were also then joined by Yanti who was absolutely lovely and between all 3 members of the engagement team, we talked about what the light shows represented, Singapore itself, and the Marina Bay Sands complex.
It was my husband's 40th birthday, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. My husband and I are still laughing about the excellent time we had with the team. It was such great fun, high energy and we had fascinating conversations hearing their experiences of Singapore and learning more about the local history and culture.
What an incredible team they are. We feel like we made friends and missed them as soon as we left!
Thanks so much Huda, Adam and Yanti for the amazing experience and great laughs. You were the highlight of our trip! Sending love to you all.

Great views. We didn't book as it was only worth it to go in good weather. So winged it on the day and the weather was great. Had no luck buying tickets on line on my phone, but easily bought tickets at the kiosk when arrived. Line up not too bad but you need to allow 20-30mins between lining up and the lift. Not overly expensive, but an excellent view

Another must do whilst visiting Singapore as this is instantly recognisable as Marina Bay Sands. Fabulous views of Singapore, but you will need to ensure you go up the 57 floors on a clear day.
A very efficient service from purchasing tickets, through to the lift, so even when there looks to be a lengthy queue, this does move very quickly.
All staff we encountered had a smile on their faces and a cheery welcome, shame you don't see this sort of enthusiasm in other establishments. Well worth a visit.

You buy tickets for the deck at ground floor level, staff should be able to tell you about admissionto the bar etc - wedidn’tnotice any thing about accessing the bar etc till we got to the deck and were toldouradmission wasdeck only- nothing else.We weredisappointed and we were not prepared to go all the way down and pay for another admission plus access to restaurant/ bar etc.
Cruise on the river from Clarke Quay and/ orBoat Quay - easy to find , lots of boats, great in the day and lovely at night too.
Don’t know about Skypark , sorry but dining outdoors on the Quays at night you are probably going to see some lovely light shows.
Ps Jurong Bird Park is amazing!
