- paulahU3501OT0 contributionsOutstandingThe night safari was an amazing experience i would recommend it to anyone that visits Singapore. It was a bit confusing with the time slot as we thought that was for the tram but it was for entering the park. I would suggest getting there at 7pm when it opens.Written November 26, 2024
- Vanessa G0 contributionsSpectacular viewsI didn’t prebook this. I just turned up. There was about 5 people in queue maybe I was just lucky and chose a quiet day. The views from the deck are spectacular. Good place to go and get your bearings if you are lost (which I was) Lift is quick and the shopping malls below are amazing.Written November 22, 2024

- aviationc480 contributionsGreat stopover airport!Great airport. Shops sold very fihe, but expensive items as souvenirs. The staff were friendly and served up delicious food at the food court. Definitely the best stopover airport!Written October 31, 2024
- lyndsiw20240 contributionsDon’t book the observation deck in advance! The transfers were great, the Garden's by the Bay great, but I wouldn’t recommend booking the observation deck ahead because it was closed due to weather (chance of lightning - not that we could see any?) and we only had a 2 hour window to use our ticket - so missed out. You can go to the restaurant Cest La Vie on the top level for $35 per person, and get a $35 food & drink voucher to use. Same views.Written October 19, 2024

- MNM10110 contributionsGreat views!Got here about noon. Minimal lines and quick ascent to the top. Incredible views, but hot hot hot! Got to see our cruise ship coming in to the port and that was very cool! Definitely recommend coming here early evening/after dark to avoid the heat!Written October 11, 2024
- TacoDijk0 contributionsGreat view but disappointing settingGreat view: you are absolutely at a high point of Singapore. We were there at sunset, which gives you both day and night view. Of the upper floor, you only get to see the far end: the rest is for hotel guests only. So forget the infinity pool if you are not a guest! Also, the setting is , somewhat disappointing. The hotel is very, very chique, there is a nice and chique (but also very expensive - you need to spend 200 singapore dollar per person) restaurant where you can book a table. The rest of the people have a view and that is about it. There are few seats and even fewer comfortable ones. You can buy a drink but get it in a plastic cup as if you are at a sports game. We saw the “light show” in the Gardens at the Bay: bit basic and not worth the wait.Written October 9, 2024
- mandypQ1405YO0 contributionsSentosa here we come! The views were fantastic! and it was a smooth ride. It was a little warm in the cable car for my liking. But overall it was great.Written October 7, 2024
- Craig D0 contributionsAmazing views of Singapore and the harbour. Choose your day to get the best views. This was quite expensive for less than one hour on the viewing platform. You can stay as long as you like but there is very little shade and on a hot day, on the wooden boards, the venue gets quite uncomfortable. However, the views were amazing and it was terrific to see so much of Singapore The cost of $32SD each was a bit rich to travel up an elevator. Also, they were selling photographs for $65SD. Ridiculous. If they sold them for $15 or even $20, they would sell a lot more. Go for the view and have a good time, not a long time.Written October 7, 2024
- BangorLocal0 contributionsView from abovePurchased ticket online and visited mid morning. This gave clear views over the city and gardens by the bay. Expensive for a 30 minute view.Written September 30, 2024
- JustinS3770 contributionsNot open!We went to Changi today to leave and the Jewel isn’t operating all day. Apparently only certain hours of the day which meant we couldn’t see it at all! For such an iconic moment the airport needs to ensure it’s operational all the time while flights are operation.Written September 28, 2024

We booked online before leaving home based on reviews here about the long queues, however, this was a futile attempt to save time.We had printed out the ticket before leaving but according to the door person at the first dome we tried to enter, this was 'not a valid ticket'. We were told the ticket had to be redeemed, but did not know where. After walking around to 3 different information booths we found a ticket booth with a large sign stating 'Ticket Redemption' only to be told that they could not redeem our ticket we had to go to the Marina Bay Sands hotel to get it redeemed. By this time it was already 8.30pm and we did not have time to find the hotel.
A complete waste of money, and time. If you plan to visit here the best way is to either queue at one of the ticket offices or book a tour through one of the tour operators. Singapore may be a sophisticated city in some respects but they still have not got their head around online bookings.

The moment you enter, you feel like you've been transported into the movie Avatar. If the Super Trees don't impress you the air-controlled Cloud Forest certainly will.
Do catch the light show at either 7:45 or 8:45 p.m. The way the Super Trees are lit up; the lights dance to music from all over the world.. its truly magical. Make sure you're lying down to make the most of the experience.

Go up the sky walk) try & go when it’s
Light to see some of the amazing gardens (wish we’d had more time) go up the sky walk at dusk when they put on a free light show, it’s incredible. The people in Singapore are so
Lovely, friendly & helpful. A very safe city, very easy to use clean underground.

Went into the Flower dome first which was pleasant but at the centre, it was given over to an xmas display.
The Cloud Forest dome was excellent with a cascade of flowers, trees and flowers growing on a mini mountain with a waterfall and mist. Would go again.

Beautiful gardens that are easily accessible by MRT. Most of it is free (e.g outdoor garden area). There is a Flower Dome which you have to pay for (I've been told it's very good). To be honest, there was plenty for me just wandering around the free outside gardens!
Make sure to also visit the Barrage (a short walk from the Gardens) where you can see people flying kites, and get a great view over the city skyline.

We went to the gardens at 5pm and stayed until after the light show. The show was amazing with the lights keeping time to the operatic and classical music. We stayed on the ground rather than on the skywalk as we were told that you could see the effects better. We went on the skywalk after the light show and I think it would have been spectacular to see the show from there. The cloud forest and flower gardens were amazing, but, being older folk, we found all the walking in the heat tiring so didn't get to see much of the main gardens. All in all the gardens are well worth a visit.

Just returned from 5 nights in Singapore and a cruise from there to Thailand and Malaysia. An awesome modern city with superb MTR underground system that we used to get around. Marina Bay by night has astounding light shows and incredible indoor and outdoor gardens and street food available.

Easy to reach via MRT. Lots to see and interact with in the domes. We loved the skyway walkway great views and the cloud forest. You can also stay or return later for a fantastic musical lightshow which is free. We spent around 3 hours during day and around another hour at night for show.

Do not visit Singapore without seeing the Gardens By The Bay. This was the highlight of our visit, the gardens are beautiful and you can roam free, you only need tickets for the inside displays or the observatory/sky walk. Make sure you visit all of them if you can as they are all amazing. I've never seen such beautiful orchids. Booking online in advance was easy and combined tickets were good value, saved having to queue at ticket booth. Staff in Gardens were really helpful in advising us to do observatory first as the weather forecast was for rain later and this would have to close in bad weather (and the downpour did come). We returned in the evening for the light show (no ticket needed) and it was brilliant. So easy to get there on subway.

Loved every bit of Gardens by the Bay! The free gardens were nice to wander through, then the various admission tickets (I did them all) were very cool. The 2 air controlled gardens were exceptional, so many incredible plants, interspersed with art! The ride up to the skywalk and observation tower were also very cool. Plan for both day and evening touring to see the free musical light show at 7:45 on the lawn, very cool! My favorite Singapore experience!

When you book a ticket with Trip Advisor to the Garden Domes do you need to book a time slot ? What if you decide not to go on the day you first booked? Can you go another day?
Written July 12, 2022
No time slot but you are committed to thay day

Hi I would like to know is floral fantasy included in the ticket which says cloud forest and flower dome?
Written January 9, 2020
We didnt go into Floral Fantasy. It was a new display at that time with a separate ticket ($20) to those for the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. There is a bundled ticket to include it with the 2 domes if you wanted to do all three and that saves 10%'ish.

Is this just a scam? Paid, had a message to confirm pickup and then total radio silence. Phone line is always busy, no answer to messages or emails.
Written January 1, 2020
There's various options.. The full package.. Like all the domes... I think it's like 50-75 spd.. Each done on their own costs maybe 20 spd...

I booked a ticket but haven’t had any confirmation through??

We also purchased our tickets in advance via a discount site KLOOK. Recommended.

Hello, are they included the admission tickets of cloud forest, flowers dome and ocbc skyway right?
Written October 23, 2019
yes gardens are free but pay to go in the cloud or flower dome and its worth every penny probably the best in world I missed cloud maintenance but flower gardens surpassed my expectations but think cloud even better . not sure sky walk its novel , the other I loved was the flyer the big wheel you cant imagine the view I say forget walk and go on flyer . some good street food under it and if cheap fast food there is a subway at flyer , and Macdonalds at the cloud not saying healthy but if kids it fills space not over top on price at time .
Written November 11, 2019
Hello, I see two options for booking, can you explain what is difference between them?
Written August 23, 2019
My suggestion is not to worry about tickets in advance. Just go to the gardens and purchase your tickets there. You can do the domes during the day like we did and come back in the evening for the light show. Whatever suits your time in SGP. You can eat cheaply at Satay by Bay in the gardens which is only 10 minutes from the actual light show. There are other eateries right at the light show. We preferred Satay by the bay. Great value. Plenty of options so relax. The light show will be worth it. Enjoy.

Hello everyone,
we are planning out trip to Singapore for 3 days over new years any recommendations
Written August 11, 2019
Lots to do, we just completed 8 days here and were out all day for 7 of them.
Top 3 things to do (each will take a full day)
1. Gardens by the bay - worth paying extra $ to visit Flower dome & cloud forest. The light and music show at supertree grove (7.45pm & 8.45pm). Is amazing and my son loved it
2. Universal studios on Sentosa island (a fast pass may sound expensive but well worth it on a busy day- buy it at the park on the day. Go mid week for quieter queues
3. Hop on / hop off bus tour, Singapore flyer & walk around Marina Bay

What exactly does an admission ticket to the Gardens at the Bay include?

It depends on which one you buy. I bought one which included garden dome and cloud forest. Note that you need to visit them all in one day.
