No tickets were sent through, despite many messages and calls which went to answerphone. After 1/2 hour with no response I had to buy expensive extra tickets at the gardens in order to get access. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Guide was knowledgeable,friendly & seamed to enjoy showing me his country. The driver was a great guy & provided a very professional service. Left my phone in his car when he dropped me at the airport & he returned later to bring my phone back. Well done all round.

Doris has all of the local knowledge and facts that you will require during this tour. The local knowledge goes a long way as Doris shows you the best vantage points to view Singapore at night from and also being able to answer every question you may have. The tour ran like clockwork. Fantastic time

Unfortunately, it didn’t meet the expectations at all , the fact that I bought the tickets and was informed after making the payment that I wouldn’t receive my tickets till the day of the event was extremely stressful , this should have been mentioned before purchasing. This is not my first time going to the night safari park however, this is the first time that this has occurred . For me to have to follow up on my tickets was very stressful and consumed a lot of my vacation time . The tickets I paid for were for 7:15 pm . And I was given 9:15 pm slot . Which is extremely late and I had other plans and reservations. Trip advisor needs to look into this and not sell non refundable tickets and surprising customers with different timings and having to follow up on their tickets.

Great way to see some of the main sights in Singapore and at the same time get all the related information and questions answered. Very professional and highly recommended.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PROVIDER 10 days after I purchased the tickets they still hadn’t arrived by email as stated so I emailed them twice with no response. I called them twice and both times got an answering machine. I contacted Viator who also tried to contact them with no reply. After 12 days from when I purchased the tickets and a day before my trip I still hadn’t received my tickets so I contacted Viator again who said they would follow up again. Later that day they notified mt that this tour provider had canceled my tour. Very disappointed but at least I got a refund and hopefully can buy tickets at the gate when we arrive.

Mr Jimmy Oo was an excellent tour guide. We had a transit at Singapore Airport all day, so organised him and his fabulous driver to pick us up and deliver us back after a comprehensive tour of areas we hadn’t seen before in Singapore. Jimmy was so informative about each area, with a wealth of knowledge shared with great English language and a super sense of humour. He tailor made the tour to suit our whole family and went over and beyond our expectations. Fantastic way to see the highlights of Singapore while waiting for a connecting flight.

Ray Christian is an excellent guide, very informative and gave a good insight into Singapore - history and culture, enjoyed his commentary and humour.

My family and I got a perfect intro to Singapore on this half day tour. Our tour guide Micheal personalized our tour to accommodate my elderly mom and dad’s mobility issues. He thoughtfully answered all our questions about Singapore like history, economics, and cuisine. Very knowledgable and entertaining tour guide. Well worth the price.

Lovely few hours out . Cool , indoors which is useful if it’s a deluge . Even took the car around the gardens which was an extra 10 dollars but well worth it if your mobility is compromised in any way . The experience was a delight and a must if your in Singat

Michael was fantastic at pivoting when it started to rain and we could not go up to the Sands Sky Park. He was resourceful and able to get us to another “hidden local” place for an additional insight into the lives of Singaporeans. He was extremely knowledgeable in the history of the people, culture and commerce of Singapore. We loved his comments as we walked through the Gardens by the Bay and his secret locations. Our transport was not as we expected and he was able to utilize his resources to still make it a wonderful evening for us. He is a great guy, ask for Michael if you are ever in Singapore and want to do the night tour. You will not regret it!

Must do this private tour. Alex, our driver and guide was Excellent. Friendly, funny, informative, accommodating. We saw so much of the city and learned a lot due to Alexs’ knowledge. Saw little India, the Arab section, amazing shopping streets that you would otherwise not know of, Floral Fantsy with 4D show, Keppel Island, Mount Faber and cable car to Santosa Island, lunch in Chinatown and Buddhist temple, river cruise around Marina Bay…so much to see. We did opt for the extras which cost a bit more but definitely worth it. Cannot speak highly enough of Alex.

The view is lovely but honestly it feels like a tourist trap. It’s was an expensive 10 minutes. There is no shade so go early or later in the day. I saw a maximum of 10 seats. Limited drink options and no food options. I wouldn’t put this high on my to do list in Singapore.
