Lee arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional from the beginning. He was very interesting and informative, asking about our trip and telling us about life in Singapore. He suggested that before checking in at the airport, we visit the waterfall at Jewel. We did, we loved it and his recommendation was a fantastic surprise end to an already memorable visit. Lee is an asset to the company but a great ambassador for Singapore!

We want to highly recommend Lee. He met us when we arrived in Singapore for our 3 day stay and he was brilliant. He gave us a very warm welcome, and was extremely helpful and informative on the way to our hotel. He then met us to take us back to the airport at the end of the stay. We used Avenue Link Transport Group upon our arrival into Singapore for a transfer from our Singapore Airlines flight from San Francisco to our Singapore Hotel. The were waiting for us in the arrivals hall with a sign even though our flight arrived early. Their communication was great and the driver and vehicle were fantastic. We would use Avenue Link again.

Taking Fireflyz airlines back to KL for the weekend. Plus points: - Less crowded than Changi Airport. - Faster clearance of Immigration and Custom, same as no queue for check-in. - Staffs are efficient. Negative points: - The last two trips with Fireflyz were delayed not because of the airlines but the weather and busy air traffic. If you don't mind to wait and patient enough, you may try it. The previous flight to KL was delayed for 4hrs. PM - Getting to the airport has no issue but getting transport from there can be challenging sometimes. So, if you have the patience then you can try it.

We booked an airport pickup online via viator. Our driver, Joanne, was waiting for us, holding a sign, after we cleared customs early this morning. Joanne was helpful and friendly and her vehicle was a roomy, clean, recent model car. She delivered us promptly to the Four Seasons Hotel. All in all, a good experience for two very weary travelers.

This is the first pickup and drop off out of three. Let me tell you Mr. Lee is very reliable and responds to all inquiries within a very acceptable time frame. Often within minutes keeping in mind the 13+hours different. I highly recommend this company for airport, hotel or cruise terminal transportation. Yes a bite expansive , pricing is competitive but all taxi are. Most important thing is to start your holiday on a good note and that is exactly what Mr. Lee did.
