Experience Singapore: Singaporean Cooking Class
From $73.98
Overview
Dive into Singaporean culture at a cooking class, where you’ll learn how to make authentic dishes with local instructors. Everyone from culinary novices to top chefs is invited to this 3-hour experience, during which you’ll create Singapore-style favorites like laksa and Hainanese chicken rice. When the cooking is over, sit down to enjoy your meal with your fellow food lovers. This class is limited to 12 people to provide a small-group experience.
What to Expect
One of the world’s foodie hotspots, Singapore is known for a diverse culinary scene that ranges from street-food stalls to high-end gourmet eateries. Its cuisine takes in influences from Malay, Chinese, Indian and British cultures, creating a vibrant food heaven.

Upon arrival at your cooking class with your fellow chefs-in-training, put on an apron and get to work with your experienced instructors. During the step-by-step lesson, learn how to prep and cook three dishes, such as chicken satay or laksa (noodle soup), while your mouth waters from the enticing aroma of spices and seasonings.

When you’re finished cooking, sit down in the dining area to enjoy your creations with your class members in a relaxed, informal atmosphere that will be the cultural highlight of your stay in Singapore. See the Itinerary for a list of classes.
