The tour was well organized and the guide was great. It is worth noting that that travel and wait for the boat ride consumed majority of the tour time unfornately. The boat ride to the caves was about 30 minutes and the cave visit was roughly 45 minutes. The cave itself was fantastic and worth the visit.

I booked a tour and closely read the itinery/charges. I realised I was paying triple the cost of the hotel, from what is was online. I queried the tour operator, they said I had a private tour of 2 people only. I said that wasn't clear & after 2 calls & numerous messages / emails to Viator and the operator, despite them initially denying a refund, they gave full refund. **So, if you choose this tour, ask for a clear breakdown of costs & whether ur on a public or private tour. Its good value if u dont choose the accommodation option Unfortunately, u don't often get contact details until you've booked. Save urself some time and choose / find contact details of operator before you pay. Their communication before the issues was fantastic and quick. To be fair, I only had to wait 4 hours for a reply about the refund.

The roundtrip private van transfer from Puerto Princesa to El Nido was perfect! Our driver was amazing and the scenery was so beautiful. Thank you!! 💝

I love that the community of Puerto Princesa work as one entity in taking care of their people and their natural resources. The responsibilities are shared by the people and not burdened on local government alone.

Company was good, on time, nice, good food. But I found it VERY upsetting how people treated the starfish. Not only holding them out of the water but also tossing them back into the water. Taking starfish out of water is like forcibly dunking an air breathing creature under water without air. It’s cruel. And can lead to the death of starfish. LEAVE THE STARFISH ALONE

A great quick guide of Puerto Princesa and an overview of Palawan. Excellent job to the friendly tour guide and driver. I highly recommend this tour to first-timers in Palawan.

My wife and I were blown away with the natural beauty of this place. The local government have done an incredible job maintaining this UNESCO world heritage site. Visiting these caves was a surreal and spiritual experience for us. They even have an audio guide in many languages to guide you through this amazing experience. Definitely a bucket list destination. Super happy we visited and highly recommend this place. Also worth a mention, they only allow a certain amount of tourists per day to maintain the ecosystem.

The river ride is beautiful but to get to it involves long queues to get into small boats of six and than queue again to get on the canoes to see the underground river. The staff didn't organise it well. It was stressful as we were tight for time. Maybe not ready for cruise tourists

Very good island trip. We were picked up on time and treated very well. Friendly crew and guide. We booked a private trip and as we left a bit late from the hotel, they visited the islands against the normal route. Giving us not crowded islands and as a result plenty of space.

It was a very organised trip. Divine did a good job guiding us. I would say to make sure you coordinate with them the day before to know if there will be adjustments with the time you’ll be fetched from where you’re staying at.

Must do in Puerto Princesa! Seeing all 3 islands and their clear water was so beautiful. Boat ride was fun. Highly recommend getting snorkeling gear (You’ll stop somewhere along the way to get some if you don’t have any). The lunch on Starfish island was delicious. Great tour guide. Highly recommend this tour.
