I had an amazing time on this tour. The underground river and cave system is truly one of a kind, and it was very cool learning all about it. I had Echo as my guide and he made the trip extra fun with his jokes and numerous facts. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa!

Would rate this travel and tours 10 stars. Accommodation was very good, clean, hospitable, accommodating and customer-focused. Plus points for big-plated complimentary breakfast (hoped there were additional choices in the menu), transfer vans were all new and very conducive for long travels, tied-up parties for the overall tour i.e buffet lunch, snacks, choice and proximity of accommodation to destinations and airport, assigned tour guide (Kuya Roman) was very kind, accommodating and patient. Well-coordinated tour to all destinations in the itinerary, sasakay at bababa nalang talaga literally. Travelled with some elders but overall experience was still superb! Kudos and cheers! Will definitely make this my choice in our next Palawan trip :)

We availed of the Underground River Tour and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the company of our tour guide, Mr. Roman Bagaygay. He took really good care of us the whole time, always ready to take our pictures -- and good pictures at that! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 He was also very informative and entertaining because he told us lots of interesting facts and trivia about various things, sometimes not even tour-related, so it really goes to show how far he's willing to go to provide an impeccable service to his guests. We could really feel his sincerity, hospitality and passion as a tour guide and as a person. ❤️❤️❤️ In fact, he did a really good job taking care of our tour companions from Spain, three of whom were injured from an unfortunate ATV accident in Bohol. Mr. Roman went beyond his tour guide duties and was quick to think of ways to attend to their needs as well so as not to add more inconvenience to their situation. We also appreciate the kindness and patience of our driver, Kuya Bel/Del. He was very good at driving and made sure we were comfortable all throughout the van ride. The van we rode was topnotch -- very clean and spacious. Because our Spanish tour companions had plans to do the zip line option of the tour, we decided to avail of the mangrove option to pass time. We enjoyed it as well even though it was a bit hard to hear what the local tour guide (boatman) was saying since he did not have a microphone. However, we still had a nice and peaceful time as we weaved through the river to learn about the mangroves, its importance to the whole ecosystem and the things we can do to help to care for the mangroves. Overall, I would definitely recommend his services as well as the services of this tour agency to our family, friends and acquaintances. 😁 We are utterly grateful to them for the wonderful experience! ❤️❤️❤️

This may sound a little strange to you, I requested my own private tour only focusing on Tamilok. It was so much fun to get barefoot into the mangrove and look for wild Tamilok. Their response was quick and smooth when we were planning the trip. The guide and driver were patient and friendly. I'm completely satisfied!

The experience is good. The guide is respectful and do his best to make everyone comfortable. The cave is great! I recommend you to book the other experiences so as not to wait about 2h for the others as there is nothing to do around.

Didn't really know what to expect from this tour and was surprised at where we went. Highlight for me was Bakery Hill a theme park out in the middle of nowhere.

It was an amazing stay. I would highly recommend that this is the BEST place in terms of its location and hospitality. The service, the food, the pool, the rooms- absolutely everything was amazing for our stay. We would come back to this space in a heartbeat.

Our guide Chad was super cool. The Underground River was an unique experience and also the Mangrove boat tour was extraordinary! I will definitely visit these magical places again in the future. My highest respect to Lady Mangrove.

Buy when you get there. The price for tour C is 1400 + your eco fee and there are 5 stops not 3. There are lots of boats and places selling tour when you get there. Buy direct from your hotel. It's a lot cheaper.

Accommodating staff. Adjusted our tour time as per our arrival even though we are delayed. The tour guide kuya Sho is very well-versed being a tour guide.

Unfortunately due to the tropical storm, my original plan was cancelled, but this was a great second option! The underground river is the real highlight and although quite crowded, is worth seeing at least once. Ziplining was also great! The mangrove forest, meh. The driver and host were phenomenal making the entire day go quite smoothly!

De underground river tour had been postponed for 3 consecutive days due to weather conditions. Apart from that: every single evening we got an automated message that we would be picked up the following morning around 7:00 am. Every time it was us that called the travel agency to inquire whether the tour would be postponed again or not. The third evening the travel agency sent us a personalized message that unlike earlier advice, the tour would push through the following morning since the negative weather advice was retracted. The following morning the driver didn't show up. When we called the travel agency, they told us that they had sent us a message, which we never received. Later, they told us that they had sent a message to another number (???). Communication needs improvement.

The tour was great, Echo and Joshua helped us a lot and explained everything. We had the luck of a private guide, although we booked a shared tour. They were both really nice and the tour was perfect, even though it rained. I would definitely recommend the tour to everyone coming to Palawan.
