During a short stopover in between flights we did a 4 hour tour around the city which was very interesting and enjoyable. Would recommend doing if you get the opportunity

Very chic hotel, bright, welcoming, luxurious, newly renovated. Very con=mfortable. Best of all the lovely attention and service from the staff. Everyone were super helpful, catering to our every request. Particularly outstanding were Ivy front front desk and Cissie, concierge. They both seem to sense what I need and made sure they get it for me. It's in them, it's just their helpful nature.

Jacky was a wonderful and excellent tour guide, he is friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional, he knows Macau like the back of his hand! My dad and I had a wonderful time with him!!! 5 stars!!! although he put a little pressure on me to have another Portuguese egg tart..Hahahahahaha!! Jacky was amazing, in 6 hrs we got to see a lot of what Hong Kong has to show and the best part is that we felt like locals! We got on train, public buses, subway and even on a boat! During the tour we visited the Victoria Peak, Financial district including famous HSBC building, Hollywood rd, Dim Sum and much more. Jacky took us to a local restaurant were we were able to try very authentic cantonese food as well.

I booked this tour last minute and Jacky contacted me right away. He was really helpful and we had a great time, he kept the spiels short but still interesting so that my kids wouldn't get bored. The highlight for my kids was eating a locally-bought lunch while wandering through a market, watching the fish trying (sometimes successfully!) to escape! I enjoyed seeing the city again through my kids' eyes having been here many, many years ago.

Jacky was an amazing guide who is knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. H met each one's goals in the group and although it was a rainy day, he was a ray of sunshine. We had a great experience in Hong Kong with Jacky!

From the moment I booked the trip everything was smooth. I booked the latest time I could find online but I was able to find the provider’s contact online and we modified it accordingly to hour necessities, we started at 10.30 instead of 9 in the morning. The trip from Hong Kong to Macao is an hour’s drive, if you’re lucky and the sky is clear it’s scenic. Jackie picked us up from the hotel, the car is perfect, spacious and clean, he speaks perfect English. He is very knowledgeable about Hong Kong and Macao, will provide accurate information about local history, habbits, food… I am sorry I didn’t find him sooner to book a day with him around Hong Kong also. Macao is a newer Las Vegas. Although we are not gamblers we enjoyed the day a lot, the entire family enjoyed it, we have a 19 yo and a 12 yo. You can visit the old part of Macao, places where the Portughese settled back in 1480, their neighborhood, old churches, all Unesco World Heritage, you can taste some local food which is very good. You also visit the new part of Macao and it’s impressive what they have built and how much they invested. Definitely worth a visit.

Just had the best tour with Jacky. We did the Hong Kong Darkside tour. Totally safe and informative. He took us down streets with a history lesson. We tasted his local favorite places. I can’t say enough great things about this tour. It’s a must. His English is impeccable so no language barrier either. Took us to a rooftop so we could watch the 8:00pm harbor light show with the music. I wish we would have had more time to schedule another tour with him.

Liz our guide and Tom the driver were excellent guides. Even with a rainstorm they managed to find a full and fun itinerary and even get us to a view point that wasn’t in the clouds. Brilliant service I hope to come back and use their services again

I had a long layover and Jacky met me on my schedule. He started with a great view and history lesson on Victoria Peak to set the context. We roamed the city and area over the next 8 hours, including some delicious stops to sample local food and drink. Multiple markets, seaside, neighbourhoods, etc. What a wonderful guide and day!

On the way to Lantau, Jacky gave us an excellent overview of Hong Kong and about the historical development and mentality of the inhabitants of Hong Kong. With a lot of serenity and always a mischievous smile he showed us the island and explained the sights perfectly even for non-native speakers. What remains is a memory of a wonderful half day, which was also perfected by Jacky, since my wife is limited in walking, he adapted the program a bit and even found a way to reach directly to the big Buddha. We are so excited that we will book another tour when we visit Hongkong next year, and we are sure that this is definitely a good decision.

5 of us did a full loop on Lantau to Tai O and the Big Buddha with Jacky. It was executed perfectly from great communication prior and exacting pick up instructions. Jacky did a great job of explaining everything along the way about what we were seeing and why it was there, which helps kids and adults remember what they are seeing. It felt like we had a fast pass to everything and were a exactly the right place at the right time and with a small group we could spend more time looking at everything because there was no wasted time waiting and we got to hop out a few times just to see interesting things along the way. I think this was particularly helpful in Tai O where you are getting a look into people's lives and less people makes a big difference. Even photo assistance and follow up was spot on. Couldn't imagine anything that could have made it a better experience.

Pearline was a fantastic tour guide with great sense of humour and knowledge. The dim sum for lunch was delicious. Ken was a great driver, we got to see so much.

Spent a lovely day with Linda and driver who showed us places we had never been to. She also organised a delicious lunch. Dropped off at the airport for the long flight back to the UK - a great way to pass the day at the end of our cruise.
