Jacky provided us with a brilliant personal service, picking us up from the cruise terminal and taking us on a journey that took in many different parts of Hong Kong. Along the way he kept us very well informed of the city’s history and culture and brought it all to life by taking us to fascinating locations both on and off the beaten track. It was difficult to believe it was only a half-day tour, which Jacky finished off by taking us to a lunch venue which combined a vast array of authentic food with an amazing view of this stunning city. Jacky was friendly, courteous and informative throughout the tour (not to mention a pretty nifty driver!) and we would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone seeking a more personal and customisable view of Hong Kong.

Jacky is a friendly Guid wealth with historical information about Hong Kong , he respect facts of us as being family with different age members, our religion and time of trip as we are a cruising members He was so flexible and patients during the journey. Jacky got us, a family of 6, of the airport and showed us in 4 hours some of the highlights of Hong Kong. It was very impressive!

We only had a morning in Hong Kong before our flight in the afternoon, but Jacky made our limited time so valuable! He picked us up from the hotel early in the morning and showed us all around Lantau Island. He shared stories, history and interesting facts about the area and the people that lived there. We were able to visit the fishing village, the monastery and the large Buddha. We were promptly brought back to the airport to catch our flight. So glad we were able to see a part of Hong Kong during our short stay! Jacky emailed us after we returned home with a whole file of pictures he took on our tour. So thoughtful and considerate!

Weather very bad … hot heavy rain and wind so you can’t walk in the street … moist … very crowded when walking in streets or using metro … people very rude and don’t respect well chair …. Elevator is for older people or pregnant or handicapped but being used by normal young people without respect for the priorities…. Very expensive food restaurant or taxis ….Bad experience I will not repeat it

It was a nice experience and a great tour to experience Hong Kong and the history of Hong Kong. Our guide Jacky did a wonderful job of adapting the tour to our wishes, was very flexible and gave us several opportunities to experience things we would never have known about Hong Kong without such a tour.

We booked a 4-Hour Hong Kong City with Jacky in May 2023 and had a great time. Jacky is very knowledgeable and provided lots of background on the history of Hong Kong. Moreover, he took us to places you usually wouldn't find or go to as a tourist. He even invited us to authentic Hong Kong meal along with milk tea. In summary: I highly recommend Jacky and his company to everyone wanting to explore and get to know more about Hong Kong!

Ashley did a great job showing me around Hong Kong and she was friendly, nice, and really knowledgeable about HK culture and history. Before I arrived, Ashley checked with me and customised the tour to suit my preferences. From the moment she picked me up at the airport, time flew by in between anecdotes, food (she’s an expert on local food and knows all the best spots) and highlights of Hong Kong: it felt like I was just strolling around with an old friend!
