      Poor and limited food selection.
Very limited selection of food. Quality is poor. Soup is waterly and luke warm, tasteless. Wouldn't pay even HKD100 for this.

      Rude service
We received super bad service right at the check-in of the lounge. The staff was super rude, even made comments at us, which I would have never imagined to be possible at a place like this. The food was general, not many options as well. Although the stuff helping inside the lounge were nice. The main issue we perceived was with the front desk.

      Bad experience
Worst lounge I ever been. The food area is noisy and crowded. The rest area noisy with people talking loudly and shouting. As a premium lounge please maintain a set of house rules for users.

      Overcrowded, dim space.
Definitely not a place to relax before your flight. Don't bother. Probably happier at a table at the airport food court. Pro: - offers drinks and food Con: - Over crowded - Electric outlet is not everywhere - Lacking soda options - No work space - Only one or two shower rooms (needed to wait 2 hrs for a shower!!!) - Not clean (because it's overcrowded) - Need special code for wifi (why? Now is 2023, why needing a code?) - Not comfy - No windows

      One of the better lounges
We had a very refreshing few hours in the lounge. It is neat and modern, with comfy chairs and does not feel too overcrowded, even though it was full. Food selection was not large, but what they did have, was tasty and fairly healthy. No alcohol available and sodas out if a machine. You can order dumplings From the kitchen. Great place for a layover.

      Little to like about this
We went there during a long stop over in Hong Kong. It was a lot of money for the time limit we had in the lounge. Difficult to find somewhere to sit; not a lot of food or drink options. We would never pay to go there again.

      Hopeless
Simply put, this lounge is the most hopeless lounge I have visited as an Indian in a long time. Absolutely no food for Indians, and just a small selection of Chinese food (which is also tasteless). They even charge for kids above 3 which in my opinion is ridiculous. No other lounge has charged me for my daughter who is 4 and she only had a fruit out of everything available. My wife is vegetarian and she simply hates this lounge as its crowded, no food and nothing great even to relax. Stay away and perhaps roam around in duty free if nothing else to do. If your entry is free, try it - and add to my negative review.

Best Beyond Meat Burger in Asia
This is one of PP’s best lounges. Whiskey Bar, seated dining, Professional Massage and the best Beyond Meat I’ve had. Staff were very courteous. Hats off to Johnson Wong and his team!

Worst lounge I have seen yet.
I grabbed some of the limited selection of food available. The pork dish can only be described as grizzle with chucks of bone. The soup was with fish ball or veggie but it was cooked in the same water. And in the end it all tasted like old dish water. The breadsticks were probably fresh made last year. On the positive side the beer was not bad and the Doritos were good. But honestly this is the worst lounge experience I have ever had. You are far better off in the main concourse.

I have never seen such a line to get into an airport lounge
OMG-This is a very crowded and dark airport lounge. The queue to get in was especially long. In fact an over travels I have never seen a line to get into an airport lounge.Apparently if you have certain credit cards it is free to get in I have a priority pass lounge card so it was no cost but hardly worth the trouble for a cold glass of water

Dark mediocre and way way over crowded
The feeling in the lounge is claustrophobic as it's dark and small crowded and noisy. Food is ok, good selection medium quality. Showers are mouldy. At some point (after shower) there was literally no sit available. Reception kept accepting more people in. After complaining manager said he won't refund cause I've stayed over an hour already. To move to the other lounge at gate 40 I had to pay again. Overall not the worst lounge but far from the best.

Price is up but other things are down
The entry price has gone up to USD32 from 25, but service has come down. The food choices were rather limited, and for vegetarian or non red meat eater like me one would feel left out. The male restroom was dirty and I had to complain to the staff. I asked for a flat white coffee but the Batista said they only have cappuccino, he made me a flat white but insisted it was a cappuccino. Go somewhere unless your entry is free with your credit card.

      Too crowded food alright
This lounge is always busy not easy to find a seat/table. Free WiFi available. Drink selection decent. Food was good. Dessert are nice too. You will need to line up and wait to get in as the lounge always fully occupied with max capacity. Therefore need to wait for people leave prior going in unless you are traveling on business class from specific airline

Hard to class this as a lounge let alone a "premium" lounge...... It is very small and crowded and more like a fast food place you would find in a shopping mall. Had to wait almost 10 minutes just to get a seat for the 3 of us. We were all looking forward to a nice warm shower after a 9 hour flight from Sydney (transiting to Bangkok) but the 3 showers were locked and had to get the keys from the front desk which was extremely busy so we decided not to bother at all. Also hard to relax as there were just so many people waiting for a seat. So we just had some food and left :-( it was frankly a waste of money and we would have saved a lot if we just went to a food court somewhere in the airport.

I’ve previously stayed at the plaza lounge at Changi airport and have always had amazing food, customer service and there seating is truely comfortable and spacious. I thought I could expect the same in Hong Kong but that’s definitely not the case.

The receptionists vibe towards me changed as soon as I asked for assistance due to a lower back/hip injury. The first thing she tells me is that i’m not allowed my trolley, I then see she let asian couples bring their trolleys in. Their actions made me feel more like a nuisance then a welcomed PAYING customer.

The food is also extremely basic especially for what’s supposed to be a “premium lounge”. The food stalls are better and have a wider range and are quiet cheap.

The bathroom amenities are really nice but it’s the smaller details you really notice and in my case there was mould all in the corners of my shower.

The furniture, as pretty as it may look is also extremely uncomfortable. Great for tiny people but not so much for taller people.

The lounge itself was fine. I was, however, less than impressed by the attitude of the staff. As an HSBC UK World Lite card holder with Lounge Key and free access to lounges, I didn’t appreciate to be told that I was going to be charged USD 30 for my stay. When I questioned the member of staff who misinformed me, I was simply told that ‘nothing is free as electricity, oil, and gas need money’!

Well... I am telling you for a fact that you were wrong! Please educate your staff! Please don’t patronize me! Please learn some manners!

After lining up for 20 minutes in a Q that hardly moved, I decided to switch from the lounge at gate one to the lounge at gate 40.
Arriving at gate 40 the lounge was closed !
Walking back to gate 1 I noticed another Premier Lounge between gate 33 and gate 35. Once again after standing in line I was told that my Priority Pass card was not recognised for entry as they don’t have an agreement with Priority Pass . This was not what I was told when I bought the top tier Priority Pass. Complaining to staff with a don’t care attitude was very frustrating.
I don’t recommend Priority Pass and less the “ premier “ lounges.

Flew Emirates First Class December 2022. Airport effectively closed & Emirates Lounge had been closed for 2 years! Offered was Plaza Premium! It was packed and a small cordoned off area with six sofas with a handwritten sign "Emirates First Class" was written. No service of any kind and rude impertinent staff & queues to get a drink or if you really wanted the most awful canteen food. The worst I have ever experienced. No criticism of Emirates. They have few options & the flight was beautiful, as always, but it was too close to SM for me and the pain of drinking Procecco or Gilbeys or a nameless non-vintage Savignon Blanc made me wonder if I should just leave & find a coffee shop. I know times are tough in HK but has to be a better option. Note they charge 100AUD for the pleasure to use lounge if you are an economy class passenger... Nothing like bright florescent light and being snapped at by staff. (WElcome though was nice - as I say - SM)

Very disappointed in this lounge. Myself and my wife chose this lounge specifically because it was listed as having shower facilities after a long day in Hong Kong before an evening flight. Once we checked into the lounge with our credit cards rewards’ programs we were told that showers are only available if booked ahead of time at a cost of HKD220 per person.

The lounge was generally very hot and stuffy (bad ventilation) and dirty (papers and serviettes lying around everywhere).

The food selection was very limited and not great. Drinks selection very limited with many options out of stock. Would not return to this lounge again. I have use the Chase Saphire lounge in HK twice this year and it was a much better option (although no showers).

Not sure what is this place, but definitely not a lounge area and definitely not premium. Nothing of those two describe this. Had a very long queue outside more than 30 people but when you go inside, actually there are a lot of seats available. I tried to observe a little more while munching some hard croissant.... thinking about the waiting time outside might be because the service team is struggling. However seeing the service team just walking slowly around seems like they dont have anything to do... while thinking this another service team suddenly approach me speaking chinese, i saw her name is Wing. I was clearly still munching my croissant and she asked me if she could clear my plate, which is quite rude. I finished my coffee and left. I cannot spend one more minute looking at this place so called premium lounge. From outside to inside until you leave you will see no service at all. Also the food is not worth the money. Don't bother.

Air France business use this lounge … poor selection of wine, no champagne only a cheap Prosecco. Food was cold, the servers were attentive and reheated the food but should be better. Floor could also do with a vacuum.

Sure, Covid-19 is out there but to limit service to this level is robbery. First, yes, no Star Alliance lounge is open at HK airport, one must buy entrance at one of the other two open lounges. Food is super limited, drinks as well, sallad meny serviced in plastic glass, sandwich is tiny. We had 11 hours between our flights and my behind was in pain when we left due to the hard chairs. USD 200 is what we spend to spend our time here. Yeah, we are crazy but anyways- this lounge have showers. Summary: $200 for a shower, poor food and limited menu, very limited with drinks (no Whiskey either).
