Vivie is incredibly knowledgeable, she is patient and gives her all to the tour. Take her advice, if she says it is better to start at a certain time do exactly that.

I know Vivie through my friend who went to Beijing before me. She recommended Vivie to be my private tour while in Beijing. She is a very well organized, trustworthy, kind, caring and very helpful. When I arrived in Beijing, she and her husband came to pick me up from Daxing Airport. She helped me a lots because I had problems with my mobile network. At the end she borrowed me her SIM card!! I love her initiative to help and even spent her time just to fix my problem with my mobile network. I only stayed 4D3N in Beijing and Vivie prepared a well organised itinerary with private car and tour guide to the Mutianyu Great Wall, Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, Summer Palace, and Temple of Heaven. Without Vivie, it would have been almost impossible for me to visit Forbidden City on my own without any hassle; advance booking of tickets, transport to and fro the Forbidden city, multiple security clearances, which gate to enter/exit, best time to avoid the crowd, just to name a few… I am glad to have met Vivie for my first trip to Beijing, and just like my friend KM, would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a reliable, knowledgeable, committed and professional private tour guide in Beijing.

May 2023 was our first time visiting China. We are so grateful to have Vivie as our tour guide. My husband and I had a wonderful time at the Jinshanling Great Wall. We glad we went to Beijing Jinshanling Great Wall instead of Simatai Great wall. We originally booked day trip with Vivie to Simatai great wall and Gubei water town but upon finding out from Vivie that Jinshanling Great Wall is more challenging and some of the wall sections are original which have not been renovated. It's so beautiful, the views are spectacular and we also got our workout. We wish we go there earlier have more time so we can take our time to relax, enjoy the views and surrounding. Next time :) Vivie is a very nice and she speak English. Very easy to chat with her. Our ride to and from the great wall very enjoyable. She is very helpful and go extra mile to help. They say that there are 5 main attractions in Beijing. I would say there are 6 and Ms Vivie Pan - tour guide is one of them. We had a private tour of Forbidden City with Vivie. It was pouring rain that day but we still had a great time! Arranging the tour and communication prior to the tour was excellent. Vivie is attentive, speaks good English, knowledgeable, kind and accomodating. Forbidden city is huge, so it is impossible to see everything in one day. It was great to have Vivie make recommendations for us to make the most of our day, and see variety of things. After the tour, she even helped us take a bus to our subway station. I would highly recommend Vivie for any private tour you may want to do in Beijing!

We went last year to the Great Wall with Lotus, one of Vivie's guides and that day was the highlight of our trip to China. Lotus came to pick us up in Beijing at the hotel and we went to a less crowded part of the wall, which we enjoyed a lot. The car was new, comfortable and the driver was great. They provided water for us. Lotus is a great professional, her English is fluent and we loved how she managed to arrange perfectly every single detail of the day trip. She is extremely knowledgeable and she mixes history and daily life stories. She taught me a few words in Chines and as a result I fell in love with this language and now I'm taking lessons to learn it! We can't wait to be back to China and we will contact Vivie again for sure.

Our tour was faultless. Vivie was punctual, organised, informative and friendly. The car we drove in was comfortable and spacious. When we arrived, Vivie advised us on different options to explore The Wall and the best spots for views and pictures. Then she went for her breakfast, giving us as much time as we needed to enjoy the experience.
