We had a long layover in Beijing and wanted to see the Great Wall of China. We found Mr Orange Transfers on the internet and contacted them to find out about the options. We got a quick response and must say we were impressed with the work David from Mr Orange Transfers put into the task. In addition to the price quote, we received a very detailed plan for the day. To give us as much time to visit the Great Wall of China, David offered to buy tickets for us so we didn't have to spend time queuing to buy tickets. Before we landed in Beijing, we received information and pictures of our driver and the car we would be driving. The driver was waiting for us in the arrivals hall and everything went exactly as planned. This way we avoided a 9 hour wait at Beijing airport and we had a fantastic trip to the Great Wall of China. My plan was to get a taxi car by Didi app. Since we need to leave very early so i changed my mind and try to find a private transfer. We contacted mr orange just one day before and David response very quickly. After decided on which car that we are going to used, we settle the payment. David inform us the driver and the car and amazingly our car is ready 5 minutes earlier. David also checking on us frequently and make sure that we have a smooth transfer.

We organized this trip and a few other transfers from home. I'm so glad we did. There is very little english spoken in Beijing and Shanghai and knowing ahead of time that Mr Oranges drivers knew exactly where we going and what we were doing took a huge amount of stress off us . Very professional travel agency with good prices and a very good fleet of cars and drivers. Our driver Liu Hongguang was so helpful and through a translation app we managed to communicate effectively. Clean and comfortable cars. I truly recommend it!!! He took a 10 hour day trip to great Wall, ming tombs and summer palace.

Only had 1 day to get all the way out to the wall and back to catch the high speed train to Xi’an at 5pm. Impossible to do without a private car. Mr Orange service was invaluable. Organised a 6.30am pick up from my hotel to Jinshanling (a bit further but no crowds and stunning part of the wall, saw 50 people in 4 hours. Driver there early and nice clean car. I arranged for him to pick me up 4 hours after drop off at different car park so I didn’t have to double back and then he took me to the station. Clean car, safe driver, courtesy water and air conditioning. Total of 10 hours. This will cost a little more but impossible to replicate by public transport unless you go to the most crowded part of the wall (and even then not comfortable) and provided me a once in a lifetime experience without the headaches. Even had a nap in the car on the way back in air conditioned comfort, not bad when it’s 30 degrees Celsius outside. Can’t recommend highly enough

Very good customer service. Since I booked the transfer to the jinshanling great wall from our hotel downtown Beijing and back, evwry worked very well. They provided me with a Whatsapp contact number, and the assistance have been very valuable. Driver helpful, good BYD car, clean. They where on time at our hotel door waiting for us.....and of course the Jinshanling Great Wall is impresive, very few people, good trek. Very recommendable, the destination and also the service of Mr. Orange

We were picked up at 06:45 from our accommodation which was way out Beijing. The driver was correct, car was clean and comfortable and we made our way to Mutianyu. Driver was always in the car on the agreed time to return. Water was supplied free of charge. After that we drove to the Forbidden City. The drop off location was a bit of a walk near the east gate, but the east gate is an exit only, so you have to enter from the South Gate. Also once we finished the Forbidden City, we walked back to the same drop off location where the driver was waiting. We asked the driver to be dropped off at a restaurant not far from the Forbidden City, which was possible! Great! We madre our way home after dinner by metro, which was fine. Can recommend Orange Transfer!

Amazing service. The driver was very kind and helpful. We reached the destinations we had to go to just on time. Moreover, the customer service speaks perfect English and is super polite and helpful.

Last minute we were unable to take our scheduled trip. The communication was great and we were reimbursed immediately. I will use them next time we go to Beijing.
