Only had 1 day to get all the way out to the wall and back to catch the high speed train to Xi’an at 5pm. Impossible to do without a private car. Mr Orange service was invaluable. Organised a 6.30am pick up from my hotel to Jinshanling (a bit further but no crowds and stunning part of the wall, saw 50 people in 4 hours. Driver there early and nice clean car. I arranged for him to pick me up 4 hours after drop off at different car park so I didn’t have to double back and then he took me to the station. Clean car, safe driver, courtesy water and air conditioning. Total of 10 hours. This will cost a little more but impossible to replicate by public transport unless you go to the most crowded part of the wall (and even then not comfortable) and provided me a once in a lifetime experience without the headaches. Even had a nap in the car on the way back in air conditioned comfort, not bad when it’s 30 degrees Celsius outside. Can’t recommend highly enough

Very good customer service. Since I booked the transfer to the jinshanling great wall from our hotel downtown Beijing and back, evwry worked very well. They provided me with a Whatsapp contact number, and the assistance have been very valuable. Driver helpful, good BYD car, clean. They where on time at our hotel door waiting for us.....and of course the Jinshanling Great Wall is impresive, very few people, good trek. We were picked up at 06:45 from our accommodation which was way out Beijing. The driver was correct, car was clean and comfortable and we made our way to Mutianyu. Driver was always in the car on the agreed time to return. Water was supplied free of charge. After that we drove to the Forbidden City. The drop off location was a bit of a walk near the east gate, but the east gate is an exit only, so you have to enter from the South Gate. Also once we finished the Forbidden City, we walked back to the same drop off location where the driver was waiting. We asked the driver to be dropped off at a restaurant not far from the Forbidden City, which was possible! Great! We madre our way home after dinner by metro, which was fine. Can recommend Orange Transfer!

Amazing service. The driver was very kind and helpful. We reached the destinations we had to go to just on time. Moreover, the customer service speaks perfect English and is super polite and helpful.

Last minute we were unable to take our scheduled trip. The communication was great and we were reimbursed immediately. I will use them next time we go to Beijing.

We engaged their service for personal transportation to great wall, as well as transfer service from hotel to Beijing Airport. The team was very responsive and prompt to our queries and requests. They even helped us to book our tickets to palace museum, tiananmen square, national museum of china, and great wall. Honestly without their help, we would not have managed to visit those attractions. They were very well organised and gave very clear detailed instructions. For example, the best time to enter, which exit of the metro, and how to enter the attractions using passport. We were picked up right on time in Beijing and taken to Gubei Water Town and he Great Wall at Simatai. The driver was professional and courteous. He returned two days later to take us back to Beijing. Overall a very nice experience.

Very good communication with Sophia, when planning the reservations and changes. Related to the coronavirus, I asked for a refund of airport transfers and excursion to the great wall. Obtained quickly and without penalty. I will book again with Mr Orange as soon as the situation returns to normal in China.

Very good communication before the tour so felt very comfortable. Our guide Jerry was very knowledgeable and the tour went at a steady pace - not rushed. We were taken to a very nice Chinese lunch and they accommodated the vegetarian in our group. Unlike other tours this one includes the chairlift and toboggan tickets

I have used Mr. Orange on several occasions bothe business and personal in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu. I have always received outstanding, reliable and courteous service. I have recommended them to colleagues who have also been extremely satisfied. On a trip from my Bijing hotel to the airport this week, I left my scarf in the car as I was exiting. It was my mistaketo leave it. I realized it as I walked into the airport but the car had driven away As I was standing in line at the airline counter I looked up and my driver, Mr. Li, was calling for me with my scarf in hand! He had no idea If he would find me but took the time and effort to try. I couldn’t believe it. I was grateful to have my scarf back but was more grateful for Mr. Li’s act of kindness. It is a great pleasure for me to recommend Mr. Orange.

Although it was more than 2 hours after our flight landed that we finally exited,Samuel from Mr Orange was waiting for us when we arrived in Beijing. He had a great translating app on his phone so communication was easy. He drove expertly for the 2 hours it took to get through the morning rush hour traffic to our hotel. We would definitely use Mr Orange services again.
