In short: Great activity that was both fun and educational - money well spent. In detail: The booking process and organization was flawless and our tourguide Mr. Anson contacted us already beforehand to clarify the procedure (currently special situation because of the national holiday). The meeting point was easy to find and our guide was already there waiting for us. Even though a lot of visitors due to the national holiday were present, we were guided through all necessary checks without problem. During the excursion we have received lots of interesting knowledge and also several enjoyable anecdotes from the rich history of this place. Our group was small enough so that it was no problem to ask questions any time and thanks to provided wireless headphones it was no problem to understand our guide during the whole trip. His knowledge, commitment and enthusiasm made our trip very lively and memorable. Finally, we even exceeded the planned time and could see a great deal of the palace infrastructure, take lots of photos and always had the possibility to take a rest or use the toilet and in the end received instructions how to proceed so as not to get lost. Overall, money well spent and a strong recommendation from my wife and me for this activity and thanks again to our tourguide Mr. Anson.

The forbidden city is huge. The 4 hours we were there was great, I wish I have planed for a multi day tour. Kevin our tour guide, gave interesting and funny stories about the city and told us many local habits and way of the Chinese people. He was very helpful with taking pictures as well. Personally my best part of the tour when we entered the room with the old terracotta soldiers.

What a fantastic tour!! Our guide was Anson. He had lived in the USA for a few years so he was familiar with western tastes. Anson was prompt in meeting us at our hotel and as a bonus to our tour, he explained the metro to us and helped us navigate it. The food was amazing and abundant. Because I’m not as adventurous as my husband, Anson steered me to more common foods and left intestines and organ meats to my husband. I highly recommend this tour. Ask for Anson.

This tour was a great way to get to see a different prospect of Beijing and Lucy put together a great package and experience with the addition of attending an Acrobatic show and adding in some last minute shopping to suit my requirements. It’s a very different feel to watch the night come alive and a great way to see some special highlights that you would otherwise miss. Lucy and her driver were not only professional and knowledgeable, but also very accommodating to cater to my interests. I highly recommend doing this tour if your short on time or looking for a good overview of the beijing night scenery.

Sherry our guide and the driver wang guo Wang were fantastic. Excellent English speaking skills, helpful and informative. We saw the Great wall of China, The Summer palace and went to extra Jade and Tea shops. Wonderful day. Highly recommend. Wish I could give more than 5 stars 🙏 Sarah B

Our private tour guide Xia Qingguo provided us a very personalised tour of the Great Wall! He is very courteous and helpful. He made our trip with ease especially we went during the Chinese Holden week. Highly recommended especially if you are travelling with kids as his van is comfortable and he granted all our requests!

We were lucky to have Mike as our guide to the Forbidden City today. He was very knowledgeable and funny and made our trip memorable. Mike is an excellent guide and I would highly recommend his services. We are traveling across China and we took a few English guided tours, and so far Mike had been the best guide.

We really enjoyed the tour with our guide Mike and highly recommend booking a tour! Apart from his deep knowledge he was putting all his efforts to make us able to join his group at the entrance of forbidden City. We were Late initally and thanks to Mike‘s responsiveness we however had an outrageous experience at forbidden City.

The views were amazing and Kevin was our tour guide who was informative helpful and entertaining! Despite the unfavorable weather that day, he remained calm and tour went as good.

JAY was such a knowledgeable source of info and knew all the great spots for pictures. He was very welcoming and made the tour enjoyable for the whole group. By the end, I wanted to do another tour with JAY! He even recommended spots around Beijing and activities to do afterwards. Amazing experience overall!

Miko has been great, incredibly patient and full of resources to show us around, make sure everyone felt involved, had great info on the places and what I loved most: his personal anecdotes that gave you a peak on a local’s point of view. 10/10!

The guided tour was the best choice we could do. Our guide Miko was super informed about the dynasties and the details about structures and decorations. But what I loved most was his great understanding for the poor peasants and concubines and eunuchs and their daily occupation and struggles. All stories we heard were believed even if some were presented with a great sense of humor. We had a good luck with this guy. Thanks 🙏

This was an amazing experience😁 We really got the whole package! Me and my girlfriend went on this trip and was so lucky to get Alfred as a personal guide. All the way from pickup in the hotellobby, driving between atractions, guiding thru the attractions and back to the lobby, this was a stressfree trip. Along the way, he told us so much about everything we saw! We learnt so much. And it was wery interesting the way he told the stories. As a bonus his English was really good as well😁 At lunch, Albert choose a fantastic resturant. He sat down, helped us with recommendations for what to order based on our taste, he communicated with the restaurant staff and then we ate together. This was an AMAZING way to experience Chinese food👏 In addition to all this, on our way home, he also helped us with recommendations on how to use the subway to get around in the city by ourselves. He also told us witch time was better to visit some of the other attractions we wanted to see. And throughout the tours we stopped at various places and he helped us by taking nice photos of us😁 This places are a must see when you are in Beijing. I will gladly recommend this tour to my family and friends😁👏
