I recently booked a private transfer with Mr. Zhang from Beijing Capital Airport to my hotel, and the service was excellent. Mr. Zhang was punctual and professional, meeting me at the designated area with a clearly visible sign, which made it easy to find him after a long flight. The car was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing ride to my hotel. Although Mr. Zhang didn’t talk much, his calm demeanor and efficient driving made the transfer smooth and stress-free. He got me to my hotel promptly and safely. Such a brilliant and entertaining show, the stunts kept us on the edge of our seats, and was really great value, would absolutely recommend this Activity for anybody visiting Beijing.

I did not expect this level of service! Immediately after booking, Ms Li sent me detailed directions on how to get my tickets, which entrances to use and how I could find my seat. She also covered contingencies like what to do if I’m late, where I can find clean toilets (eastern and western styles), and where I can eat or have a drink if I’m hungry or have time. Overall, I was touched by the personal desire she showed for my enjoyment of the show. In a city as large and as foreign to me as Beijing, it is heartwarming to encounter a person as warm as Ms Li.

My tour guide Mr Aaron was extremely informative and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he spoke about very interesting historical and cultural facts on Beijing and Tiananmen Square. Don't hesitate and book this tour!
