The trip was awesome! We booked the service one day before in the evening and the confirmation and response were very fast and helpful. The operator gave many helpful tips and instructions to pay attention to. The driver Mr. An was very friendly and showed us the way to the entrance. He was also accommodating when we took our time to get down from the Wall. The private drive is hasslefree and definitely worth it！

I was very hesitant to take this trip but I took the trip anyway and I didn’t regret it a bit. The city was extremely beautiful and calm. There was something really captivating about the city. But, the day was made even better by our guide Mrs. Kris. She was calm and very informative about the city. Very professional and willing to engage with us anytime. She showed us the city very nicely and in a planned way. The sunny day made the trip even better. To get the bullet train experience for a short journey from Beijing and feel a different city, I think the trip is worth it.

I recently booked a private transfer with Mr. Zhang from Beijing Capital Airport to my hotel, and the service was excellent. Such a brilliant and entertaining show, the stunts kept us on the edge of our seats, and was really great value, would absolutely recommend this Activity for anybody visiting Beijing.

I did not expect this level of service! Immediately after booking, Ms Li sent me detailed directions on how to get my tickets, which entrances to use and how I could find my seat. She also covered contingencies like what to do if I’m late, where I can find clean toilets (eastern and western styles), and where I can eat or have a drink if I’m hungry or have time. Overall, I was touched by the personal desire she showed for my enjoyment of the show. In a city as large and as foreign to me as Beijing, it is heartwarming to encounter a person as warm as Ms Li.
